FIFA Ethics Committee
The FIFA Ethics Committee is one of FIFA's three judicial bodies. It is organized in two chambers, the ''Investigatory Chamber'' and the ''Adjudicatory Chamber''. Its duties are regulated by several official documents, most importantly the ''FIFA Code of Ethics''. FIFA's other judicial bodies are the ''Disciplinary Committee'' and the ''Appeal Committee''. Investigatory Chamber The Investigatory Chamber's main task is to investigate potential violations of the ''FIFA Code of Ethics''. Investigations can be carried out at any time, on the discretion of the Investigatory Chamber. In prima facie cases, the chamber has to open investigations. The chamber has to inform all parties involved that an investigation is being carried out, except for situations in which such information could harm the investigations. Claudio Sulser
Claudio Sulser (born 8 October 1955 in Lugano, Switzerland) is a retired football striker. During his club career, Sulser played for FC Mendrisio-Stabio, FC Vevey Sports 05, Grasshoppers Zürich and FC Lugano. He also represented the Swiss national team. Kwasi Anin-Yeboah (born 24 May 1953) is a Ghanaian judge and the current Chief Justice of Ghana. In December 2019, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo nominated Justice Anin-Yeboah as the Chief Justice of Ghana. Yngve Hallén
Yngve Hallén (born 14 March 1968) is a Norwegian sports executive who was president of the Norwegian Football Association from 2010 to 2016. He helped start the UEFA Nations League. He was elected to his position in March 2010, following Sondre Kåfjord. Hallén comes from Sogndal Fotball, where he was director. He did not run again for presidency in 2016. His critics have repeatedly condemned Hallén for a number of football-related problems.
