FIB Champions Cup
FIB Champions Cup (or Edsbyn Champions Cup) is an international (pre-season) bandy tournament held annually in September on indoor Dina-Arena in Edsbyn, Sweden from 2004 when 8 strongest clubs from Sweden (6 from Elitserien) and Russia (2) competed for the cup for the first time. Next year the format was changed expanding the number of participants to 12 (eight Swedish and four Russian). Sandvikens AIK (commonly known as SAIK) a sports club in Sandviken, Sweden. The bandy section plays its home games in the Göransson Arena in Sandviken. They play in a black outfit. Zorky
Zorky (russian: Зоркий) is a bandy club based in Krasnogorsk, Moscow Oblast, Russia. Its team currently plays in the Russian Bandy Super League, the top tier of the Russian bandy championship. The club was founded in 1954. Zorky have had some recent successes and reached the finals of the Bandy World Cup, Russian Cup and Champions Cup in the 2006–07 season only to lose to Dynamo Moscow in all three matches. In 2009 they reached the World Cup final again, this time losing to Hammarby. In 2012, they won the World Cup. The team was the best team of the regular season of the Russian Bandy Super League 2012–13 but lost the final against Dynamo Moscow for the national championship. Edsbyns IF, is a bandy team from Edsbyn in Ovanåker Municipality in Sweden founded on 6 June 1909. The bandy section of the club was founded as late as in 1925 was formally made a club of its own on 28 June 2000. Edsbyns IF has played in the highest bandy league in Sweden from 1945–1969 and then again since 1971. History Edsbyns IF was founded in 1909. Bandy is a winter sport and ball sport played by two teams wearing ice skates on a large ice surface (either indoors or outdoors) while using sticks to direct a ball into the opposing team's goal.
