Elizaveta Shanaeva
Elizaveta Tamerlanovna Shanaeva (russian: Елизавета Тамерлановна Шанаева, born 30 May 2003) is a Russian competitive ice dancer. With her former skating partner, Devid Naryzhnyy, she is the 2020 World Junior bronze medalist and the 2019–20 Junior Grand Prix Final bronze medalist. She has also won three medals on the ISU Junior Grand Prix series, including gold medals at 2019 France and 2019 Russia. Personal life Elizaveta Tamerlanovna Shanaeva was born on 30 May 2003 in Alania, Russia. Career Early years Shanaeva began learning to skate in 2005. She skated with Sergei Semko before teaming up with Devid Naryzhnyy during the 2016–2017 season. They are coached by Irina Zhuk and Alexander Svinin. The 2019–20 Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final and ISU Junior Grand Prix Final was held from December 5–8, 2019 at the Torino Palavela in Turin, Italy. The combined event was the culmination of two international series — the Grand Prix of Figure Skating and the Junior Grand Prix. The ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating (titled the ISU Junior Series in the 1997–98 season) is a series of international junior-level competitions organized by the International Skating Union. Courchevel () is a French Alps ski resort. It is a part of Les Trois Vallées, the largest linked ski areas in the world. Courchevel also refers to the towns of Courchevel 1300 (Le Praz), Courchevel 1550, Courchevel 1650 (Moriond), and Courchevel 1850, which are named for their altitudes in metres. On 1 January 2017, Saint-Bon-Tarentaise (1100) merged into the new commune Courchevel. The resort centre of Courchevel is at 1,747 metres (5,732 ft). The name Courchevel 1850 was chosen for marketing reasons to compete with rival ski resort Val d'Isère. It is the Jardin Alpin area of Courchevel 1850 rather than the centre which is located at 1,850 metres (6,070 ft).
