Eugenia Tanaka
Eugenia Tanaka (born 9 March 1987 in Kisaran, North Sumatra, Indonesia) is an Indonesian-born Australian badminton player. At the age of fourteen, Tanaka moved to Melbourne, Australia, where she started playing badminton. Tanaka is also a member of Badminton Academy of Victoria, and is coached and trained by Ricky Yu. Tanaka qualified for the women's doubles at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, by placing fifteenth and receiving a continental spot for Oceania from the Badminton World Federation's ranking list. Tanaka and her partner Tania Luiz lost the preliminary round match to Japanese pair Miyuki Maeda and Satoko Suetsuna, with a score of 4–21 and 8–21. Kisaran
Kisaran is a city in the North Sumatra province of Indonesia. Kisaran is the administrative capital of Asahan Regency. Kisaran is divided into two administrative districts (''kecamatan'') - West Kisaran District and East Kisaran District. Satoko Suetsuna
is a badminton player from Japan. Born in Ōita, Ōita Prefecture, she joined Renesas badminton club and later affiliated with Saishunkan team. She was a bronze medalist at the 2011 BWF World Championships with her partner Miyuki Maeda. Career Suetsuna has gained prominence in badminton through her success in women's doubles with her partner Miyuki Maeda, and the partnerships known by the Japanese media as "Suemae". Together they won the 2010 Denmark Open, their first major tournament victory. They went on to win the 2011 Malaysia Grand Prix Gold and the 2011 India Open. Suetsuna and Maeda also have two bronze medals from major competitions from making the semifinals at the 2011 London World Championships and 2010 Uber Cup in Kuala Lumpur. Raymond Tam (badminton)
Raymond Tam (born 20 October 1986) is an Australian badminton player and is currently top of the Badminton Australia men's doubles rankings. Tam was born in Hong Kong, and immigrated to Australia with his father when he was 3 years old. He competed for Australia at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Tam was educated at Newington College (1995–2004) and lives in Sydney.
