Raymond Tam (badminton)
Raymond Tam (born 20 October 1986) is an Australian badminton player and is currently top of the Badminton Australia men's doubles rankings. Tam was born in Hong Kong, and immigrated to Australia with his father when he was 3 years old. He competed for Australia at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Tam was educated at Newington College (1995–2004) and lives in Sydney. He was the champion at the Oceania Badminton Championships in 2012 in the mixed doubles event, and in 2014 in the men's doubles event. Matthew Chau
Matthew Chau (born 9 November 1994) is an Australian badminton player. He was four times men's doubles Oceania Champion winning in 2015–2018. Chau competed in the men's doubles at the 2016 Summer Olympics alongside Sawan Serasinghe. Chau picked up his first badminton racquet at age 10, following his parents to the Monash University Badminton Club where they played socially. The now 22-year-old fell in love with the all rounded nature of the sport and says he enjoys that badminton demands speed, strength, endurance, skill, tactical smarts and hard work from its athletes. Chau first partnered with Serasinghe at the 2013 Australian Youth Olympic Festival and the duo went on to secure the Rio quota spot for Australia by winning the 2016 Oceania Championships title. Nyuk Lian "Leanne" Choo (born 5 June 1991) is a badminton player from Australia. She is the reigning Oceania Champion in women's and mixed doubles. She represented Australia at the 2012 Summer Olympics, alongside former women's doubles partner, Renuga Veeran. Choo also competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics. Eugenia Tanaka
Eugenia Tanaka (born 9 March 1987 in Kisaran, North Sumatra, Indonesia) is an Indonesian-born Australian badminton player. At the age of fourteen, Tanaka moved to Melbourne, Australia, where she started playing badminton. Tanaka is also a member of Badminton Academy of Victoria, and is coached and trained by Ricky Yu. Susannah Leydon-Davis
Susannah Leydon-Davis (born 5 February 1992) is a New Zealand badminton player. In 2014, she competed at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland. Career Originally from Hamilton, Leydon-Davis attended Hillcrest High School and was Sports Captain in 2009. In 2015 she graduated from the University of Waikato with a Bachelor of Management Studies. She competed at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow July 2014. Susannah competes in the mixed doubles with her brother Oliver, and they have actively been New Zealand representatives. She and her brother, won the mixed doubles gold medal at the 2014 Oceania Badminton Championships. Gronya Somerville (born 10 May 1995) is an Australian badminton player specializing in doubles. She has won nine Oceania Championships titles, six in the women's doubles and three in the mixed doubles.
