Etzel Cardeña
Etzel Cardeña (born 9 November 1957) is the Thorsen Professor of Psychology at Lund University, Sweden where he is Director of the Centre for Research on Consciousness and Anomalous Psychology (CERCAP). He has served as President of the Society of Psychological Hypnosis, and the Society for Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis. He is the current editor of the ''Journal of Parapsychology''. He has expressed views in favour of open scientific enquiry and the validity of some paranormal phenomena. The Parapsychological Association honored Cardena with the 2013 Charles Honorton Integrative Contributions Award. The ( gmh, Der Nibelunge liet or ), translated as ''The Song of the Nibelungs'', is an epic poetry, epic poem written around 1200 in Middle High German. Its anonymous poet was likely from the region of Passau. The is based on an oral tradition of Germanic heroic legend that has some of its origin in historic events and individuals of the 5th and 6th centuries and that spread throughout almost all of Germanic languages, Germanic-speaking Europe. Scandinavian parallels to the German poem are found especially in the heroic lays of the ''Poetic Edda'' and in the ''Völsunga saga''. The poem is split into two parts. Edward Fredrick "Ed" Etzel, Jr. (born September 6, 1952) is a sport shooter and Olympic champion for the United States. Franz Etzel (12 August 1902 – 9 May 1970) was a German politician of the CDU. Etzel was born in Wesel, Rhine Province. Gunther Von Etzel
Franz Hermann Günther von Etzel (December 14, 1862 – January 21, 1948) was a career soldier and general in the Imperial German Army, active in World War I. Biography A native of Magdeburg, Etzel entered the Prussian Army in 1881. On September 19, 1901, he was promoted to the rank of major and was sent on May 29, 1902 as military attache to the German Embassy in Tokyo, Japan. Karl Etzel
Karl von Etzel (old spelling Carl von Etzel; 6 January 1812 – 2 May 1865) was a German railway engineer and architect. He created many famous railway lines, bridges and viaducts, including the Bietigheim Enz Valley Viaduct. Life Karl Etzel was the son of the Stuttgart city planner Gottlieb Christian Eberhard von Etzel, the builder of the Neuen Weinsteige, a picturesque road in southeastern Stuttgart. Because his father had built houses in Heilbronn for the Rauch and Mertz families in 1811–1812, it was commonly believed that he was born in Heilbronn, but his birth is registered in the parish register of Stuttgart. Martin Etzel (1867 – 1914) was a German trade union leader. Etzel was born in Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Kingdom of Bavaria. He completed an apprenticeship in brewing, and joined the Central Union of Brewery Workers in 1895. He devoted much of his time to the union, and served on its agitation committee for Northern Bavaria. The Etzel is a mountain on the south side of Lake Zürich in Switzerland. Although its elevation, of , is relatively modest, it is notable for its aspect when viewed from the lake and its surroundings.
