Stuart Manley
Stuart Manley (born 15 January 1979) is a Welsh professional golfer. Early life Manley was born in Mountain Ash in the historic county of Glamorgan. He showed sporting promise at an early age, and at age 16 had trials with the football clubs Manchester United, Crystal Palace and Luton Town. However, he chose to concentrate on golf, taking a four-year scholarship to the University of West Florida. The highlight of his amateur career was playing in the 2003 Walker Cup. Professional career Manley turned professional in later 2003, and immediately joined the Challenge Tour, finishing 90th in his first season. The tour started as the Satellite Tour with its first Order of Merit rankings in 1989 and was officially renamed as the Challenge Tour at the start of the 1990 season. Kalle Brink
Karl Henrik Brink (born 12 August 1975) is a Swedish professional golfer who has played on the European Tour and the Challenge Tour. Brink was born in Helsingborg, Sweden. His sister, Maria, is also a professional golfer, who has competed on the Ladies European Tour. In 1993, Brink was member of the Swedish team winning the European Boys' Team Championship in Ascona, Switzerland. He also represented Sweden at the 1994 Espirito Santo Trophy at Le Golf National, outside Paris, France, earning a bronze medal with his team. Brink turned professional in 1994. He has three wins on Europe's second tier Challenge Tour, the first coming in 1997 at the BTC Slovenian Open, when he went on to finish the season in second place on the 1997 Challenge Tour money list. Tom Whitehouse
Tom Whitehouse (born 22 March 1980) is an English Professional golfer, professional golfer. Career Whitehouse was born in Birmingham and turned professional in 2002. He worked his way through the ranks, winning twice on the third tier PGA EuroPro Tour in 2003 as he led the Order of Merit to earn a place on the Challenge Tour for 2004. He won the Estoril Challenge Open Portugal Telecom that season and finished 24th on the end of season Challenge Tour Rankings. The following year he improved to 17th and at the end of season was medalist at European Tour Qualifying School Final Stage to earn his place at the top level. In his debit season on the European Tour, Whitehouse finished just inside the top 100 on the Order of Merit having has three top 10 finishes. Ben Mason (born 2 March 1977) is an English professional golfer. Professional career Mason turned professional in 1999 after a successful amateur career which included reaching the semifinals of The Amateur Championship in 1998. He joined the second-tier Challenge Tour in 2001 and from 2003 to 2005 he played full-time on the European Tour, where his best finish was second in the 2003 Aa St Omer Open. Kyron Sullivan
Kyron Sullivan (born 22 June 1976) is a Welsh professional golfer. Sullivan attended the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff and briefly worked as an IT analyst before deciding to attempt professional golf in 2002. He spent two years playing on the PGA EuroPro Tour and a further three on the Challenge Tour, where he won for the first time in 2006. This helped him to fifth place in the rankings, earning him a place on the European Tour for 2007. Sullivan ended his debut year 131st in the Order of Merit, just outside the players who automatically retained their cards, but he still gained entry to several events in 2008. Since 2009, he has returned to the Challenge Tour full-time. In 2008, Sullivan also won the South Wales Open. The Challenge Tour is the second-tier men's professional golf tour in Europe. It is operated by the PGA European Tour and, as with on the main European Tour and the European Senior Tour, some of the events are played outside Europe. History The tour was introduced in 1986 and was initially called the ''Satellite Tour''. The Order of Merit was introduced in 1989, with the top five players on it winning membership of the European Tour for the following season. The following year the tour was renamed the Challenge Tour. Up to 1993 the Challenge Tour rankings were based on each player's best several results, but since 1994 it has been a straightforward money list, with all results counting.
