Tallinn () is the most populous and capital city of Estonia. Central Europe Development Tri-Nations
The European Championship B (formerly the European Shield), is a rugby league football competition. The competition is organised by the Rugby League European Federation and is the second tier of the European Championship competition. It was first held in 2006 as the Central Europe Development Tri-Nations. History The competition was first held in 2006 under the name of Central Europe Development Tri Nations, with the aim of developing teams in central and eastern Europe. Up until 2009 the competition was made up of only three teams until it was expanded in 2010 to six teams split into two conferences; East and West. IRL Men's World Rankings
The IRL Men's World Rankings are the ranking system for men's national teams in the sport of rugby league football. The teams of the member nations of the International Rugby League, rugby league football's world governing body, are ranked based on their game results with the most successful teams being ranked highest. A point system is used, with points being awarded based on the results of IRL-recognized international matches. Under the existing system, rankings are based on a team's performance over the last three years, with more recent results and more significant matches being more heavily weighted to help reflect the current competitive state of a team. The National Team The first international was played on Estonian soil on 20 August 2005, when a Student Rugby League Chairmans Select XIII team consisting of 5 players each from England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, played the Estonian national side, drawn from the capital Tallinn and the university city Tartu.
