Enver Faja
Enver Faja (April 6, 1934 – October 5, 2011) was an Albanian architect and diplomat. Faja served as the Ambassador of Albania to Poland from 1992 to 1996. Artan Shkrell, the head of Albania's Architects Association, called Faja, whose career spanned more than fifty years, "one of the main figures of the Albanian architecture." Faja's design portfolio included the National Historical Museum, master plan of Student's Town in Tirana, and the University of Tirana's Faculty of Science building. Enver Faja died from a long illness on October 5, 2011, in Strasbourg, France, at the age of 77. University Of Tirana
The University of Tirana ( sq, Universiteti i Tiranës, abbreviated UT) is a public university located at the central borough of Tirana 10 in Tirana, Albania. It was established as the ''State University of Tirana'' in 1957 through merging of five existing institutes of higher education. The main building was planned by Italian architect, Gherardo Bosio at the beginning of 1940. It is situated at the Mother Teresa Square, south of the city center of Tirana. Tirana ( , ; aln, Tirona) is the capital and largest city of Albania.
