Enda McDonagh
Enda McDonagh (27 June 1930 – 24 February 2021) was an Irish priest of the Catholic Church. He was ordained a priest in 1955 and served in the Archdiocese of Tuam. He was noted for being the official chaplain to Mary Robinson while she was President of Ireland. Early life and education McDonagh was born in Bekan, near Ballyhaunis, County Mayo, on 27 June 1930. He was only one of three in his primary class of 24 to continue on to secondary education. He attended St Jarlath's College in Tuam. He went on to study at Maynooth University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in 1951. McDonagh was ordained to the Catholic priesthood in 1955. He undertook postgraduate studies at Maynooth, obtaining a Doctorate of Theology in 1957. Enda Williams
Enda Williams (born 1985) is a Gaelic footballer from County Longford, Ireland. He was a panel member of the Longford county team from 2004 to 2011. In 2012 he joined the Leitrim county team, where he spent 18 months before announcing his return to Longford in November 2013. He was captain of the Longford minor team that won the 2002 Leinster Minor Championship when they beat Meath in the final. He then moved on to the Under 21 side and played in the 2003 Leinster Final but lost out to Dublin in the final. Enda Walsh (born 1967) is an Irish playwright. Biography Enda Walsh was born in Kilbarrack, North Dublin on February 7, 1967. His father ran a furniture shop and his mother had been an actress. He is the second youngest of six children. Walsh states that he saw his father, a salesman, as the 'lead actor' in the business, but as Ireland's economy fluctuated, so did furniture sales. Notably during the recession in the 1980s, when profits were low, Walsh says that he was earning more money managing his own newspaper round enterprise than his father was bringing home from the shop. Enda Varley is a Gaelic footballer who played at senior level for the Mayo county team. He has played with the Garrymore and St Vincent's clubs, transferring there from his native club. Varley started at right corner-forward and scored two points in the 2012 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Final, which Mayo lost by four points to Donegal. Enda John Stevens (born 9 July 1990) is an Irish professional footballer who plays as a left back for club Sheffield United and the Republic of Ireland national team. Enda Rowland (born 1995) is an Irish hurler who plays for Laois Senior Championship club Abbeyleix and is the captain of the Laois senior hurling team. He usually lines out as a goalkeeper. Playing career Heywood Community School Rowland first came to prominence as a hurler with Heywood Community School.
