Enda Varley
Enda Varley is a Gaelic footballer who played at senior level for the Mayo county team. He has played with the Garrymore and St Vincent's clubs, transferring there from his native club. Varley started at right corner-forward and scored two points in the 2012 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Final, which Mayo lost by four points to Donegal. He also played in the 2013 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Final, but was unexpectedly left out of the county panel in 2015. The Mayo county football team (;) represents Mayo in men's Gaelic football and is governed by Mayo GAA, the county board of the Gaelic Athletic Association. Gaelic football ( ga, Peil Ghaelach; short name '), commonly known as simply Gaelic, GAA or Football is an Irish team sport. It is played between two teams of 15 players on a rectangular grass pitch. The objective of the sport is to score by kicking or punching the ball into the other team's goals (3 points) or between two upright posts above the goals and over a crossbar above the ground (1 point). Players advance the football up the field with a combination of carrying, bouncing, kicking, hand-passing, and soloing (dropping the ball and then toe-kicking the ball upward into the hands). St Vincents GAA
St Vincents is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Marino, on the northside of Dublin, Ireland. The club was founded in 1931 in Marino, instrumental in the founding of the club were Rev Dr William Fitzpatrick (St Vincent de Paul Church, Marino) and Bro. Ernest Fitzgerald (Scoil Mhuire CBS, Marino). Although its club grounds were in Raheny for a number of years, it moved to its home back into Marino in 1987. St Vincents merged with Marino Camogie Club in 1997 to form the St Vincents Hurling, Football and Camogie Club. Diarmuid Connolly
Diarmuid Connolly (born 7 July 1987) is an Irish Gaelic footballer. His league and championship career at senior level as a forward playing for the Dublin county team initially spanned 11 seasons from 2007 until 2018 when he left the panel after appearing in a league game against Mayo in February 2018. Tomás 'Mossy' Quinn ( ga, Tomás Ó Cuinn) is an Irish Gaelic footballer from Dublin who plays for the St Vincents club and, formerly, for the Dublin county team.
