Emilea Zingas
Emilea Zingas (born April 22, 2002) is a Cypriot-American figure skater. Competing in ice dancing with her skating partner, Vadym Kolesnik, she is the 2022 CS Golden Spin of Zagreb bronze medalist and 2023 U.S. national pewter medalist. Zingas previously represented Cyprus in women's singles, and was the 2020 Santa Claus Cup silver medalist and the 2021 Challenge Cup bronze medalist. She was the first Cypriot skater to qualify for the World Championships. Personal life Zingas was born on April 22, 2002, in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan to parents Chris, an orthopedic surgeon, and Marsha, a dermatopathologist. She is the youngest of four children, including a sister, Elana, who currently plays ice hockey at Cornell University. Zingas' paternal grandparents, Nick and Xenia Zingas, were born in Cyprus. Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan
Grosse Pointe Farms is a city in Wayne County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 9,479 at the 2010 census. As part of the Grosse Pointe collection of cities, it is a northeastern city of Metro Detroit and shares a small western border with the city of Detroit. Grosse Pointe Farms was originally incorporated as a village in 1893 and again as a city in 1949. History The area that would become Grosse Pointe Farms was originally incorporated as the Village of Grosse Pointe in 1879. Emmy Ma (born January 19, 2001) is a Taiwanese-American former competitive figure skater. Representing Chinese Taipei, she is the 2021 International Challenge Cup silver medalist and 2019 Taiwanese national champion. Earlier in her career, representing the United States, she won bronze at 2017 JGP Latvia and placed 19th at the 2018 World Junior Championships. Loena Hendrickx (; born 5 November 1999) is a Belgian figure skater. She is the 2022 World silver medalist, the 2023 European silver medalist, the 2022–23 Grand Prix Final bronze medalist, the 2022 Grand Prix de France champion, a two-time Challenger series gold medalist, a two-time International Challenge Cup champion (2017, 2021), and a five-time Belgian national champion (2017–2019, 2022–2023). The Minsk-Arena Ice Star, or simply Ice Star, is an international figure skating competition. Medals may be awarded in men's singles, ladies' singles, pairs, and ice dancing on the senior, junior, and novice levels. The inaugural event was held in September 2012 in Minsk, Belarus. 2020 CS Budapest Trophy
The 2020 CS Budapest Trophy was held in October 2020 in Budapest, Hungary. It was part of the 2020–21 ISU Challenger Series. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, and ice dance. On September 10, 2020, the Hungarian National Skating Federation released the Hungarian government's COVID rules to which foreign competitors were required to adhere in order to gain entry to the country.
