Elizabeth Latief born 27 March 1963, she is a former player of Indonesia from the 80s era. Career She is a semi-finalist 1987 Badminton World Cup after being defeated Li Lingwei. Elizabeth won the 1987 Konica Cup in what is now the Singapore Open after beating Gu Jiaming from China in final and won Asian Badminton Championships 1987. In the 1983 Singapore she won a silver medal after being defeated by compatriot Ivana Lie. In 1985 Bangkok Thailand she managed to avenge himself by defeating Ivana Lie and won gold and women's singles, women's team and silver in woman doubles paired with Verawaty Fajrin lost to Rosiana Tendean / Imelda Wiguna. Then 1987 Jakarta Indonesia in the homeland she won the gold medal by defeating her junior Susi Susanti. Badminton
Badminton is a racquet sport played using racquets to hit a shuttlecock across a net. 1983 Southeast Asian Games
The 1983 Southeast Asian Games, officially known as the 12th Southeast Asian Games, or informally Singapore 1983, was a Southeast Asian multi-sport event held in Singapore from 28 May to 6 June 1983. Scheduled to be hosted by Brunei in accordance to the renewed alphabetical rotation of hosting duties, the 1983 SEA Games were offered to be hosted by Singapore as Brunei prepared for its forthcoming independence from the United Kingdom. The games also marked the return of Cambodia, as People's Republic of Kampuchea after an 8-year-long absence since the Khmer Rouge seized power in 1975. Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) ( zh, 潘泰因达卡普克) is a gated community, located in parts of Penjaringan, North Jakarta and Kapuk, West Jakarta, Indonesia. Lucia Francisca "Susi" Susanti Haditono (; born 11 February 1971) is an Indonesia retired badminton player. Imelda Wiguna (also known as ''Imelda Wigoena'', , born 12 October 1951) is a former badminton player from Indonesia who played at the world class level from the mid-1970s through the mid-1980s. Career A doubles specialist, Wiguna's two most impressive years in badminton were 1979 and 1980. Rosiana Tendean
Rosiana Tendean (born 25 August 1964) is an Indonesian retired badminton player. Career A doubles specialist, Tendean competed in women’s doubles with Erma Sulistianingsih at the 1992 Summer Olympics. Together, they won consecutive World Grand Prix Finals titles in 1989 and 1990, and two Indonesia Open titles in 1989 and 1992. Tendean had also won this title earlier with Ivana Lie in 1987, and in mixed doubles with Rudy Gunawan in 1990 and 1993. Verawaty Fadjrin (; 1 October 1957 – 21 November 2021) was an Indonesian badminton player who won international titles spanning from the late 1970s to the end of the 1980s. Tall and powerful, at one time or another she played each of the three variations of the sport (singles, doubles, and mixed doubles) at the highest world level. Career During a relatively brief period as a regular singles competitor, Fadjrin won the 1980 IBF World Championships in Jakarta over fellow countrywoman Ivana Lie.
