Elit Vetlanda Speedway
Vetlanda Speedway were a motorcycle speedway team based in Vetlanda, Sweden. Earlier known as Njudungarna and VMS Elit, the club was formed in 1946, and arranged their first meeting three years later. In 2003 when the club was promoted to the top division of Swedish speedway league, the Elitserien Elitserien (literally, "the Elite League") is the name of several Swedish nationwide sport leagues. In many sports, Elitserien is the highest league, with the second highest named Allsvenskan. Elitserien leagues at present: * Elitserien (badmint ..., they changed the name of club to VMS Elit. Artem Laguta
Artem Grigoryevich Laguta (russian: Артём Григорьевич Лагута; born 13 November 1990) is a Russian motorcycle speedway rider and member of the Russian national team. He is the 2021 World Champion. Career details Laguta became the Russian champion in 2010 and 2011. He is also a three times world team champion with Russia after partnering Emil Sayfutdinov during three consecutive years, as Russia won the Speedway of Nations in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Laguta became the 2021 Individual World Champion after winning the 2021 Speedway Grand Prix with 192 points. Alexander Woentin
Alexander Woentin (born 3 July 2000) is a speedway rider from Sweden. Speedway career Woentin came to prominence in 2017, when he qualified for the finals of both the World U21 Championship and the European U19 Championship. The following year he became a regular member of the Sweden national under-21 speedway team and helped them reach the 2018 Team Junior European Championship final. During 2019, he reached the finals of the European U21 and U19 Championships before he was selected for the Sweden national speedway team where he stood as reserve during the 2020 Speedway of Nations. Victor Palovaara (born 31 January 1994) is an international speedway rider from Sweden. Speedway career After winning two medals at the Team Speedway Junior European Championship (a silver in 2010 and bronze in 2011) Palovaara came to prominence in 2014, when he was part of the Swedish team that the bronze medal at the 2014 Team Speedway Junior World Championship. Szymon Woźniak (born 6 May 1993) is a Polish speedway rider. Career He rode for his hometown club, Polonia Bydgoszcz in the Speedway Ekstraliga up to 2015 before moving to Sparta Wrocław for the 2016 season.
