Rodalies de Catalunya (, ; "Commuter Rail of Catalonia") is the main commuter and regional rail system in the Spanish autonomous community of Catalonia. It is administered by the Government of Catalonia and operated by the national rail operator Renfe Operadora. The system consists of 17 service lines chiefly centered in the Barcelona area, serving a total of 203 stations throughout Catalonia, with an average number of 1,000 trains running on it every day. In 2016, it had an annual ridership of 117 million. Most part of the system is the precursor of several commuter and regional lines running on the Iberian gauge mainline network in Catalonia, which were formerly under the administration of the Spanish government. Line 1, shortened to L1, coloured red and often simply called ''Línia vermella'' ("Red Line"), is the second oldest Barcelona Metro line, after line L3. Sant Martí (district)
Sant Martí (), is a district of Barcelona located on its eastern side, usually numbered 10 out of the ten districts of the city. It borders the Mediterranean Sea, Sant Adrià del Besòs and four other districts of the city: Ciutat Vella, l'Eixample, Horta-Guinardó and Sant Andreu. It did not become an integral part of Barcelona until as late as 1897, having been an autonomous village since 1714 with the imposition of the infamous Nueva Planta decrees. El Camp de l'Arpa del Clot (name designated in 2006) is one of the ten neighborhoods of Barcelona which compose the district of ''Sant Martí (district), Sant Martí'', Catalonia (Spain). It was annexed by Barcelona in the year 1897. It is situated in the upper part of this district and before it was named Camp de l'Arca. Etymology The name of Camp de l'Arpa is probably derived from the existence of a dolmen in this area. This dolmen was cited in a document of the year 1037 in an official document of Sant Cugat del Vallès, Sant Cugat, with the Latin phrase "ad ipsa archa", in a dispute of the limits. The current name would be a linguistic deformation of the original.
