Eisley Albums
Eisley is an American rock band from Tyler, Texas, originally consisting of siblings Sherri DuPree, Chauntelle DuPree, Stacy DuPree and Weston DuPree. Remaining recording/touring members are their sister Sherri DuPree-Bemis and their cousin Garron DuPree. Their name was inspired by the Star Wars saga (i.e. Mos Eisley). Since forming, the band has released five studio albums: ''Room Noises'' (2005), ''Combinations'' (2007), '' The Valley'' (2011), ''Currents'' (2013), and '' I'm Only Dreaming'' (2017), along with numerous EPs. Eisley has recorded videos for "Marvelous Things", "I Wasn't Prepared", "Telescope Eyes" (the version from ''Room Noises''), "Invasion", "Memories", "Smarter", "The Valley" and "Currents", which can be viewed on their official website, but largely, the band's strong, steady, organic growth comes from touring and an aggressive online marketing approach. Sherri DuPree
Sherri DuPree-Bemis (born December 3, 1983) is a musician, singer, songwriter and guitarist from Texas. She is one of the primary vocalists and songwriters for the band Eisley. Dupree-Bemis is also a guest vocalist for many other projects, as well as a visual artist. Career Three of her siblings, Chauntelle, Stacy, and Weston DuPree, were also members of Eisley, along with her cousin, Garron DuPree. Her youngest sister Christie has also occasionally performed with them live. After the departure of her siblings, Dupree-Bemis became Eisley's primary singer and songwriter. Her drawings can be seen on much of the Eisley merchandise, as well as on most of their album artwork. DuPree-Bemis appears on various songs with sister Stacy, including "Dance Party Plus" by Head Automatica and "Unglued" by Fair. Waterdeep (band)
Waterdeep is a band from Kansas City, Missouri that is now based in Nashville, Tennessee. It is made up of husband and wife songwriters Don and Lori Chaffer. History The band was formed in 1995. Upon completion of Don's solo album ''You Were at the Time for Love'', they released their debut album ''To Chase Away the Birds''. Their early lineup consisted of Don Chaffer as well as bassist Anthony Case, keyboardist Jay Pfeifer, and drummer Brandon Graves. Chaffer's wife, singer/guitarist Lori Coscia, joined Waterdeep in 1996, with the group's second album ''Sink or Swim'' appearing the following year. They signed with Squint Entertainment in 1998 and released ''Everyone's Beautiful'' in 1999 which debuted at #23 on Billboard's Top Christian Albums 100. Midlake is an American folk rock band from Denton, Texas, formed in 1999. The band consists of Eric Pulido, McKenzie Smith, Scott Lee, Eric Nichelson, Jesse Chandler, and Joey McClellan. In 2012, vocalist, guitarist and primary songwriter Tim Smith left the band during the recording of its fourth studio album. Following his departure, guitarist and backing vocalist Eric Pulido filled Smith's vacated role, and the band started afresh with its recordings, releasing ''Antiphon (album), Antiphon'' in 2013. Ester Drang
Ester Drang is an experimental, post rock musical group from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The band was formed in 1995, with guitarist Bryce Chambers recruiting drummer James McAlister and bass player Kyle Winner. The line-up of the band during its early days also included drummer Sterling Williams, sitar player Brian Brewer and songwriter David Motter. Williams, Brewer, and Motter departed shortly after the band released its first full-length LP, entitled ''Goldenwest''. Afterwards, Jeff Shoop joined the band on guitar while Kyle left and they performed bassless moving to Jade Tree Records. Ester Drang reformed in 2012 and played the Free Tulsa summer festival. Jeremy Enigk (; born July 16, 1974) is an American singer-songwriter, vocalist and guitarist / multi-instrumentalist. ''I'm Only Dreaming'' is the fifth full-length album by the band Eisley. It was released on February 17, 2017, on Equal Vision Records. The album was produced by notable producer Will Yip, and marked the band's first release following the departure of several original members, leaving cousins Sherri DuPree-Bemis, and Garron DuPree as the core members of the group for the first time. In September 2016, the band released their first song in over three years, "Defeatist", which marked the first song to be heard from the album. The title-track song ''"Currents,"'' is the first official single from the album, and was publicly released on April 23, 2013. The streaming of this song marked the first full-length song to be heard from ''Currents''.
