Ein schöner Tag (English: ''A beautiful day'') is the first single from the 2001 Schiller gold album Weltreise with vocals by German singer Isgaard and spoken word passages by German actress and voice actress Franziska Pigulla (* 6 May 1965), who became famous in the German-speaking countries as a narrator of countless documentaries and as the voice of FBI Special Agent Dana Scully from ''The X-Files''. The song is titled internationally as "A Beautiful Day". The trance music single was officially released on 5 September 2000 in Germany and was peaking at number 40 on German Singles Chart in 2000 and at number 91 in Switzerland. The cover art work shows a graphic of the sun. The styles of the song and of the music video of Ein schöner Tag are very close to the previous single Ruhe. Schiller (band)
Schiller () is a German electronic music band that rose to fame in 1998 and is named after the German poet and dramatist Friedrich Schiller. Originally, it was a duo consisting of Christopher von Deylen () and Mirko von Schlieffen. Around 2001 or 2002, von Schlieffen left the band, leaving von Deylen the solo member. Schiller won the ECHO award in 2002 for the Best Dance Single of the Year with "Dream of You". Schiller has sold over 7 million albums worldwide. Christopher von Deylen does not provide any vocals for Schiller productions himself. London Symphony Orchestra
The London Symphony Orchestra (LSO) is a British symphony orchestra based in London. Founded in 1904, the LSO is the oldest of London's orchestras, symphony orchestras. The LSO was created by a group of players who left Henry Wood's Queen's Hall Orchestra because of a new rule requiring players to give the orchestra their exclusive services. The LSO itself later introduced a similar rule for its members. From the outset the LSO was organised on co-operative lines, with all players sharing the profits at the end of each season. Sarah Brightman (born 14 August 1960) is an English classical crossover soprano singer, actress and dancer. Brightman began her career as a member of the dance troupe Hot Gossip and released several disco singles as a solo performer.
