Eduard Ernst Bätke
Eduard Ernst Bätke (also spelled Bätge; 10 July 1849 – 29 December 1920) was a Baltic German politician who was the deputy mayor of Reval (now Tallinn) from July 1894 to April 1895. He was a member of Reval's city council from 1882 to 1905, and was also the president of the Municipal Government Gas, Waterworks, and Promenades Commission. He was later a deputy head of the city from 1886 to 1897. He was elected to be the mayor of Reval in 1894, but was not confirmed for office; instead, he served as deputy mayor from July 1894 to April 1895. Viktor Von Maydell
Viktor Karl Jakob von Maydell (28 August 1838 – 27 January 1898), Baron von Maydell, was a Baltic German railway engineer and politician who was the mayor of Reval (now Tallinn) from December 1885 to July 1894. von Maydell was born in what is now Haapsalu, Estonia, but studied first in Heidelberg and then studied engineering at ETH Zurich, where he graduated as an engineer. In Zurich, he was one of the founders of the Corps Baltica-Borussia Danzig zu Bielefeld. After his return to Russia, he joined the railway administration and was the section engineer of the Odessa-Tiraspol section of the Odessa Railway from 1863 to 1872 and the departmental engineer at the Elisavetgrad-Kremenchuk and Kremenchuk-Kharkiv railways. From 1872 to 1873, he was an independent manager of the railway construction on the railway line from Snamenka to Nikolayev. Karl Johann Von Hueck
Karl Johann von Hueck (also spelled Johan; 6 July 1844 – 8 October 1925) was a Baltic German politician who was the mayor of Reval (now Tallinn) from April 1895 to February 1905. He graduated from the University of Tartu's Faculty of Economics in 1865, and went abroad thereafter. He was a farmer throughout what is now Estonia. He managed Laitse and Kukruse manors after his return, and later owned Munalaskme manor. From 1891 to 1894, he was the secretary of the Estonian Agricultural Society, and was the chairman and honorary member of the Estonian Horticultural Society. von Hueck later became the mayor of Reval from April 1895 to February 1905. He was later a city councilor in Reval from 1905 to 1912. He was succeeded by Erast Hiatsintov.
