Eaux Claires is a residential neighbourhood located in north east Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It is bounded on the north by 167 Avenue, on the west by 97 Street, and on the south by 153 Avenue. The east boundary runs along a line located between 89 Street and 90 Street. Travel north along 97 Street takes residents to CFB Edmonton while travel south along 97 Street takes residents past the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and into the downtown core. Housing in the neighbourhood is a mixture of single-family houses (55.7%), walk-up apartment style condominiums (32.6%), and duplexes (11.7%). The majority of residential dwelling units are owner-occupied. Belvedere Transit Centre
Belvedere station is an Edmonton Light Rail Transit in Edmonton, Alberta. It serves the Capital Line. It is a ground-level station located at Fort Road and 129 Avenue. History The station is one of the original five stations, and opened on April 22, 1978. At that time, Belvedere was the north east terminus of the line. The original station had a single side platform and a single track. The station underwent significant upgrades including a covered station, five car platform, and a grade separated pedestrian overpass—at a cost of $6.3 million, in 1998. NAIT Station
NAIT station is an Edmonton Light Rail Transit station in Edmonton, Alberta. It serves the Metro Line. The station will be temporarily located north of Princess Elizabeth Avenue, on the south side of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology's swimming pool and hockey arena wing, before a permanent station is ultimately built after a long-term comprehensive land use plan of the Edmonton City Centre Airport lands are finalized. NAIT station is the northern terminus of the Metro Line. The station was closed for four months from April 28 to August 30, 2019 due to construction on the Capital Line which shares track with southern sections of the Metro Line. Because of delays that the construction is expected to cause, Edmonton Transit operated five car trains on the Metro Line. Lago Lindo is a residential neighbourhood located in north Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The name is Spanish for "pretty lake", and contains two lakes named for communities in Spain.
