Dudhauli
Dudhauli is a municipality of the Sindhuli District in the Janakpur Zone of south-eastern Nepal. Organization It was a village development committee but later changed to a Municipality. It merged Dudhauli VDC, Ladavir VDC, and Tandi VDC and later Sirthouli, Hatpate, Harsai, Nipane, Arunthakur, Kakurthakur and Jinakhu VDCs. Dudhauli Bazar, Sankhatar, Dadatol, Khiriyani, Kartha, Bataha, Arunthakur, Kakurthakur, Hatpate, Nipane, Harsai, Dakaha, Sirthauli, Maini, Tandi etc are the main villages of Dudhauli. Digital Himalaya
The Digital Himalaya project was established in December 2000 by Mark Turin, Alan Macfarlane, Sara Shneiderman, and Sarah Harrison. The project's principal goal is to collect and preserve historical multimedia materials relating to the Himalaya, such as photographs, recordings, and journals, and make those resources available over the internet and offline, on external storage media. A village development committee ( ne, गाउँ विकास समिति; ''gāum̐ vikās samiti'') in Nepal was the lower administrative part of its Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development. Janakpur Zone
Janakpur ( ne, जनकपुर अञ्चल ) was one of the fourteen zones of Nepal, reaching from the Indian border in the south to the Tibetan border in the north and Sagarmatha Zone in the east and Bagmati and Naryani Zones in the west. The headquarters of Janakpur Zone and its main city was Janakpur. Close to the Indian border, it is a historic city of Hinduism. Development Regions Of Nepal
Prior to the promulgation of a new constitution in 2015 after an earthquake, Nepal was divided into five development regions ( ne, विकास क्षेत्र), 14 administrative zones ( ne, अञ्चल) and 75 districts ( ne, जिल्ला). The 14 administrative zones were grouped into five development regions. Each district is headed by a Chief District Officer (CDO) responsible for maintaining law and order and coordinating the work of field agencies of the various government ministries.
