Internal Media Of The Chinese Communist Party
Internal media of China enables high-level Chinese Communist Party (CCP) cadres to access information that is subject of censorship in China for the general public. As He Qinglian documents in chapter 4 of ''Media Control in China'', there are many grades and types of internal documents (). Many are restricted to a certain administrative level – such as county level, provincial level or down to certain official levels in a ministry. Some Chinese journalists, including Xinhua correspondents in foreign countries, write for both the mass media and the internal media. Since Xi Jinping became CCP general secretary, internal reports have been increasingly subject to censorship previously reserved only for public media. Types of documents * ''Formal Documents'' (正式文件; ''zhèngshì wénjiàn'') are written and issued by leading organizations of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and government. Universal Values
A value is a universal value if it has the same value or worth for all, or almost all, people. Spheres of human value encompass morality, aesthetic preference, human traits, human endeavour, and social order. Whether universal values exist is an unproven conjecture of moral philosophy and cultural anthropology, though it is clear that certain values are found across a great diversity of human cultures, such as primary attributes of physical attractiveness (e.g. youthfulness, symmetry) whereas other attributes (e.g. slenderness) are subject to aesthetic relativism as governed by cultural norms. This objection is not limited to aesthetics. Relativism concerning morals is known as moral relativism, a philosophical stance opposed to the existence of universal moral values. The claim for universal values can be understood in two different ways. First, it could be that something has a universal value when everybody ''finds'' it valuable. This was Isaiah Berlin's understanding ...

Silent Contest
Silent Contest () is a Chinese communist military propaganda film produced by the People's Liberation Army's National Defense University Information Management Center, purporting to expose and explain the secret battle, or conspiracy, the United States is waging against the People's Republic of China. The documentary runs for 92 minutes. Some analysts have called it a "masterpiece" of political propaganda, while others called it "eerie," "paranoid," "bizarre," or "alarming." The Chinese Communist Party-owned tabloid ''Global Times'' claimed the film represented the views of nationalistic Chinese military academics; however, Western academics dispute this, arguing that the film accurately represented the Chinese government's party line. The film is interspersed with narration that drives the explanation of the U.S. plot. It first circulated among military enthusiasts and Internet users in China in October 2013. U.S.-led conspiracy The central thesis of the documentary is that ...

Historical Nihilism
Historical nihilism ( zh, s=历史虚无主义, p=Lìshǐ xūwú zhǔyì) is a term used by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and some scholars in China to describe research, discussions, or viewpoints that contradict its official version of history in a manner perceived to question or challenge the legitimacy of the CCP. Viewpoints deemed to be historical nihilism are subject to censorship and legal repercussions. The CCP opposes historical interpretations that are critical of it, the People's Liberation Army, socialism, and related topics. In a January 2013 speech, CCP general secretary Xi Jinping accused “hostile forces” of using historical nihilism to weaken the party's rule by smearing its history. In early 2021, Xi increased efforts to promote a “correct outlook on history” ahead of the 100th Anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party, including opening a telephone hotline and website for citizens to report instances of historical nihilism.
