Disown (band)
Disown is a four-piece Industrial rock band originally from Cleveland, Ohio. Along with guitar riffs and stabbing electronic synths similar to Nine Inch Nails or Linkin Park, Disown adds an arrangement of melodic, emotional lyrics similar to A Perfect Circle or Tool. Formed in 2000, Disown has shared the stage with HIM, Atreyu, Lacuna Coil, Static-X, Orgy, Godhead, Crossbreed, Mushroomhead, Trust Company, KMFDM and The Apex Theory. The original lineup consisted of Joe Rover on vocals and guitar, Mitch Langford on guitar and sequencing, Jesse Rohrer on bass, and Gerry Lakarosky on drums. In 2004, Disown appeared in an article of the ''Daily Kent Stater'' written by Mark Bodkin documenting the recording process of their first release "Angels and Atheists." Later that same year, they traveled to the Recording Workshop in Chillicothe, Ohio to demo three songs with Eric Rickey that would later appear on "Requiem of One." Mushroomhead is an American heavy metal band from Cleveland, Ohio. Formed in 1993 in the Cleveland Warehouse District, the band is known for their avant-garde sound and horror film-inspired imagery which features masks and costumes as well as their unique live shows usually performed at smaller venues. "Policy of Truth" is a song by English electronic music band Depeche Mode, released on 7 May 1990 as the third single from their seventh studio album, '' Violator'' (1990). It is the only Depeche Mode single to chart higher on the US ''Billboard'' Hot 100 chart (number 15) than on the UK Singles Chart (number 16), and it became the band's second chart-topper on the ''Billboard'' Modern Rock Tracks chart. Remixes François Kevorkian mixed a new single version for the release, extending it slightly while lowering the tempo, and also making Dave Gahan's vocals more prominent. He also mixed the Beat Box Mix (the 12-inch version of the single mix) and the Pavlov's Dub. Realtime Worlds Ltd. was a British video game developer based in Dundee, Scotland. The company was founded by David Jones in 2002. After developing ''Crackdown'' (2007) and '' APB: All Points Bulletin'' (2009), Realtime Worlds filed for administration in August 2010. Foundation Realtime Worlds was founded in early 2002 by David Jones, who was previously a founder of DMA Design and the creator of the game series ''Grand Theft Auto'' and ''Lemmings''. ''APB: All Points Bulletin'' is an open world multiplayer online video game for Microsoft Windows developed by Realtime Worlds and acquired by Reloaded Productions, which is part of the GamersFirst company. Little Orbit acquired GamersFirst in 2018 and is now in charge of the game's development. Based in urban sprawls and featuring two factions, Enforcers and the Criminals, can form sub-groups in either faction and carry out missions. The game design was led by David Jones. It was released in 2010 in North America and Europe. Depeche Mode are an English electronic music band formed in Basildon, Essex, in 1980. The band currently consists of Dave Gahan (lead vocals and co-songwriting) and Martin Gore (keyboards, guitar, co-lead vocals and main songwriting). Ozzfest is an annual music festival tour of the United States and sometimes Europe and later Japan, featuring performances by many heavy metal and hard rock musical groups.
