Realmente Bella Señorita Panamá 2009 is the second edition of the beauty contest format that was created when the ''Señorita Panamá'' contest was renewed. Miss Universe 2009 was the 58th Miss Universe pageant, held at the Imperial Ballroom in Atlantis Paradise Island, Nassau, The Bahamas on August 23, 2009. Señorita Panamá is a national beauty pageant in Panama. As of the 2021 edition, its winners represent Panama in Miss International and Miss Supranational.
