Nadege Herrera
Nadege Elena Herrera Vásquez, (born 17 November 1986), is a Panamanian model and beauty pageant contestant. Her career started in 2004 when at age 17, she joined Panama's leg of the Ford Supermodel of the World contest, called "Chica and Chico Modelo". After this competition, Nadege won the "World Casting Tour" held that same year, winning a $10,000 contract with modeling agency Wilhelmina in New York. Her modelling experience helped her land some of Panama's major advertising campaigns and editorials, making her one of the most popular models in the country, both in runway and photography. In 2005, she travelled to Hong Kong to compete in the Miss Model of the World contest. She has also won a small pageant held in Ecuador. Realmente Bella Señorita Panamá 2009 is the second edition of the beauty contest format that was created when the ''Señorita Panamá'' contest was renewed. It was the 43rd celebration of the ''Miss Panama'' contest and the 26th Annual contest Señorita Panamá, was held at the ''Ascanio Arosemena Auditorium'' with the final night at theTihany Spectacular, Panama, Panama on Friday, May 15, 2009. Kaiane Loise Aldorino Lopez, GMH ( née Aldorino; born 8 July 1986) is a Gibraltarian politician, former Mayor of Gibraltar and beauty queen who won Miss World 2009. From 2017 to 2019, she held the ceremonial position of Mayor of Gibraltar, after previously serving as Deputy Mayor since 2014. Aldorino previously was a beauty pageant titleholder, being crowned Miss Gibraltar 2009, and later winning Miss World 2009 in Johannesburg, South Africa. She was the first Gibraltarian woman ever to reach the semifinals of a major international pageant, and is the only to ever win one, as well. Early life and career Aldorino was born and raised in Gibraltar. Prior to becoming Miss Gibraltar 2009, she had been working as a human resources clerk at St Bernard's Hospital for five years.
