Delroy Cambridge
Delroy Cambridge (born 12 November 1949) is a Jamaican professional golfer. Professional career Cambridge turned professional in 1971. He has spent many years in the United States, where he worked as an assistant professional at Sunningdale Country Club in Scarsdale, New York and played in local and regional events in the New York region. He is more notable for his achievements in senior (over 50) golf. In 2000, he became the first Jamaican to qualify to play on the European Seniors Tour and he made the top-25 on that tour's Order of Merit every year from 2001 to 2006, with a best ranking of third in 2002. He has won five European Senior Tour tournaments. In November 2010, he nearly won a senior event in Australia. He held the lead entering the final round of the Fiducian Legends Australian PGA Championship. He led by three shots entering the 16th hole of the final round. Mandeville, Jamaica
Mandeville is the capital and largest town in the parish of Manchester in the county of Middlesex, Jamaica. In 2005, the town had an estimated population of 50,000, and including the immediate suburbs within a radius of the total population was about 72,000. Eamonn Darcy
Eamonn Christopher Darcy (born 7 August 1952) is an Irish professional golfer. He won four times on the European Tour and played in the Ryder Cup four times. Professional career Darcy, with a handicap of 12, turned professional at the age of 16, in 1968,.becoming an assistant at Grange Golf Club in Dublin. The following year he moved to Erewash Valley Golf Club in Derbyshire, staying until 1979. Darcy's tournament career coincided with the start of the European Tour in 1972. He first came to notice in 1974 when he was a joint runner-up in the Nigerian Open. In Europe he was tied for third place in the Portuguese Open and tied sixth in the Dunlop Masters, finishing 36th in the Order of Merit. Darcy finished third on the Order of Merit in 1975 and made that year's Ryder Cup team, his first of four performances. The World Cup of Golf is a men's golf tournament contested by teams of two representing their country. Only one team is allowed from each country. The players are selected on the basis of the Official World Golf Ranking, although not all of the first choice players choose to compete. Giuseppe Calì (golfer)
Giuseppe Calì (born 28 September 1952) is an Italian professional golfer. Calì was born in Mirano. He turned professional in 1971 and has won twelve professional tournaments in his home country, including five in 1988. Calì played on the European circuit from the mid-1980s to the late 1990s - sometimes on the European Tour itself and sometimes on the second tier Challenge Tour. His best results on the European Tour were sixth places at the 1990 Italian Open and the 1991 Mediterranean Open. In 1990 he won both the Cerruti Open and the Memorial Olivier Barras on the Challenge Tour and topped the Challenge Tour money rankings. The Bendinat London Seniors Masters was a men's professional golf tournament for players aged 50 and above as part of the European Seniors Tour. It was played in 1995 and then from 2005 to 2007. The event was played at the London Golf Club, Ash, Sevenoaks, Kent. It was played over the Heritage Course, which was designed by Jack Nicklaus. Denis Durnian
Denis Durnian (born 30 June 1950) is an English professional golfer. Durnian was born in Wigan, Greater Manchester. He turned professional in 1969 and played on the European Tour from the early 1970s to the early 1990s. He never won a European Tour event, but he finished second four occasions, with one being a defeat in a matchplay final, and twice losing out in a playoff. His best finish on the European Tour Order of Merit was 20th in 1988. In 1985 he won the PLM Open, which became a European Tour event the following season, and he was twice the British Club Professional Champion. Durnian played in The Open Championship every year from 1982 to 1990, only making the 36-hole cut on one occasion, in 1983 at Royal Birkdale, when he went on to finish tied for 8th place. Mike Clayton (golfer)
Michael Andrew Clayton (born 30 May 1957) is an Australian professional golfer, golf course architect and commentator on the game. He won the 1984 Timex Open on the European Tour and won six times on the PGA Tour of Australasia between 1982 and 1994. Amateur career Clayton was born in Melbourne, Victoria. He had a very successful amateur career which included the 1978 Australian Amateur, and the Victorian Amateur in 1977 and 1981. Professional career Clayton turned professional in 1981, the same year he joined the Australian Tour. He won his first tour event one year later and would win six more times between then and 1994. The Acorn Jersey Open was a men's senior (over 50) professional golf tournament on the European Senior Tour. It was held, under a number of different titles, from 1996 to 2010, before being played in 2015 and 2016 as the Acorn Jersey Open. It has always been played at La Moye Golf Club in Jersey.
