David Mackie (Canadian Football)
David Mackie (born May 9, 1994) is a professional Canadian football fullback for the BC Lions of the Canadian Football League (CFL). University career Mackie played U Sports football with the Western Mustangs from 2014 to 2017 where he was a member of the 53rd Vanier Cup championship team in 2017. Professional career Mackie was drafted in the second round, 16th overall, in the 2018 CFL Draft by the BC Lions. He signed with the Lions on May 17, 2018, and made his professional debut on June 29, 2018, against the Edmonton Eskimos. Mackie signed a one-year contract extension with the Lions on January 7, 2021. Jackson's Point, Ontario
Jackson's Point is a summer resort harbour located in the township of Georgina, on Lake Simcoe in Ontario, Canada. It was originally part of a naval land grant made to Captain William Bourchier (December 09, 1791-January 22, 1844) in 1819 (Bourchier was commander of the Provincial Marine's Lake Huron establishment out of Penetanguishene Naval Yard. John Mills Jackson settled the land, which was first used as a wharf facility for schooners travelling Lake Simcoe. Jackson acquired the land from James O'Brien Bourchier, brother of William and was father of William's wife Amelia Jackson. The Edmonton Elks are a professional Canadian football team based in Edmonton, Alberta. The club competes in the Canadian Football League (CFL) as a member of the league's West Division and plays their home games at the Brick Field at Commonwealth Stadium. A touchdown (abbreviated as TD) is a scoring play in gridiron football. Whether running, passing, returning a kickoff or punt, or recovering a turnover, a team scores a touchdown by advancing the ball into the opponent's end zone. In American football, a touchdown is worth six points and is followed by an extra point or two-point conversion attempt. James Jeremy Butler III (born February 19, 1995) is a professional Canadian football running back for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL).
