David Holmes (diplomat)
David Holmes is an American diplomat who serves as a counselor for political affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine. Holmes testified in public and closed-door hearings before the House Intelligence, Oversight and Foreign Affairs committees in November 2019 as part of the Trump impeachment inquiry after the Trump–Ukraine scandal. Education Holmes completed his undergraduate degree at Pomona College in Claremont, California, where he was the president of the Associated Students of Pomona College. White House
The White House is the official residence and workplace of the president of the United States.
