Dark Devotion
''Dark Devotion'' is a 2019 action role-playing game developed by Hibernian Workshop and published by The Arcade Crew. It was released for Windows, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch. Development started in 2015, with a successful Kickstarter campaign being launched two years later. ''Dark Devotion'' follows a Templar Knight initiate who is tasked by their god with exploring a fallen temple. She has to balance her faith and bravery while attempting to clear out the demons inside of it. It received mixed reviews form critics. Gameplay ''Dark Devotion'' begins with the Templar Knight entering a temple. She eventually ends up in the Filthblood Shelter. From there, the player can explore dungeons, upgrade their skills, and communicate with non-player characters (NPCs). Clickteam is a French software development company based in Boulogne-Billancourt, Hauts-de-Seine. Respawn
In video games, spawning is the live creation of a character, item or NPC. Respawning is the recreation of an entity after its death or destruction, perhaps after losing one of its lives. Despawning is the deletion of an entity from the game world. All player characters typically spawn at the start of a round, whereas some objects or mobs may spawn after the occurrence of a particular event or delay. When a player character respawns, they generally do so in an earlier point of the level and get some kind of penalty. The term was coined by id Software within the context of its game, ''Doom''.
