Daria Pridannikova
Daria Dmitrievna Pridannikova (russian: Дарья Дмитриевна Приданникова, born February 2, 2002 in Ekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia) is a Russian individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2016 Junior Grand Prix Final All-around champion. At national level, she is the 2015 Russian Junior all-around bronze medalist. Career Junior Pridannikova started gymnastics at age 3 years old in her home city in Ekaterinburg following the example of her older sister. In 2013, she became member of the Russian junior national team. She won silver medal in the all-around at the prestigious "2014 Hope of Russia". In 2015 season, Pridannikova competed at the Junior Grand Prix in Moscow. She won the all-around bronze at the 2015 Russian Junior Championships. Polina Sergeyevna Shmatko (russian: Полина Сергеевна Шматко, born March 26, 2003, in Moscow, Russia) is a Russian individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2016 European Junior Clubs, Ball champion and the 2018 European Junior Hoop champion. At national level she is the 2016 Russian Junior all-around silver medalist. She is 2018 European championships gold medalist in team event and in hoop finals. She retired because of health problems. Her father is the politician and entrepreneur Sergei Shmatko, who died on November 7, 2021, as a result of covid-19 disease. Maria Yurievna Sergeeva (russian: Мария Юрьевна Сергеева, born February 7, 2001, in St.Petersburg, Russia) is a Russian individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2018 Grand Prix Final All-around bronze medalist. On the junior level, she is the 2016 European Junior Hoop champion. Anna Sokolova (born 3 May 2004) is a Cypriot rhythmic gymnast of Russian descent. She represents her country at international competitions. Career Sokolova made her international debut at the 2018 European Championships in Guadalajara, ending 38th in the All-Around, 70th with hoop, 31st with ball, 49th with clubs and 61st with ribbon. Alina Alekseevna Ermolova (russian: Алина Алексеевна Ермолова, born February 27, 2001, in Shakhty) is a Russian individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2016 European Junior Rope champion and two-time (2015, 2016) Russian Junior national all-around champion. Career Junior Ermolova was coached by Elena Karpushenko, who also coached World champion and record holder Yana Kudryavtseva. 2015 FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup Series
The 2015 FIG World Cup circuit in Rhythmic Gymnastics includes seven category B events. Except for Bucharest, which is a competition for individuals only, all tournaments feature Individual and Group competitions. The All-around medal event also serves as qualification for the apparatus finals. With six stopovers in Europe and one in Asia, the competitions took place on March 26–29 in Lisbon (POR), April 3–5 in Bucharest (ROU), April 10 – 12 in Pesaro (ITA), May 22 – 24 in Tashkent (UZB), August 7 – 9 in Budapest (HUN), August 14–16 in Sofia (BUL), and August 21–23 in Kazan (RUS).
