Danny Kim
Danny Hyungjun Kim (born 28 May 1998) is an Australian professional soccer player who plays as a defensive midfielder for Dandenong City. Early life Kim is the son of South Korean international defender Kim Pan-keun. Playing career Club Kim signed a short-term loan deal for Brisbane Roar from Lions FC for the Roar's final games of the 2019–20 A-League season, following delays caused by the coronavirus pandemic in Australia. Kim previously played for Brisbane Roar FC Youth prior to signing for Hume City in 2017. Kim returned to Lions FC at the end of the A-League season. Geylang International On 16 July 2021, Danny Kim embarks his move to Southeast Asia by signing for the Singapore Premier League side, Geylang International FC. Kim Pan-keun (Korean: 김판근, born 5 March 1966) is former South Korean footballer. International career When South Korea reached the semi-finals in the 1983 FIFA World Youth Championship, Kim was a key member of the semi-finalists and became the only South Korean player to be selected for the All-Star Team. After the World Youth Championship, he was called up to senior national team that year, becoming the youngest South Korean player to make a senior international debut. A-League Men (known as the Isuzu UTE A-League for sponsorship reasons) is the highest-level professional men's soccer league in Australia and New Zealand. The National Premier League Queensland, run by Football Queensland, is the top tier state-level football (soccer) competition in Queensland. The conference is a sub division of the National Premier Leagues. The inaugural season kicked off in March 2013 and consisted of 12 teams.
