Danestone Congregational Church
Danestone Congregational Church is a Congregational Christian Church located in the Danestone community of the Bridge of Don suburb in Aberdeen, Scotland. Originally established in 1986, the current church building was constructed in 1991. In addition to traditional Sunday services, the church operates a Sunday School, Youth Group, Boys’ Brigade, Men's Group, Ladies’ Group, Good Afternoon Club and monthly services at Fairview Nursing Home. It is also supports missionary work. In Tanzania, the church created a project to provide support for AIDS. Danestone Congregational Church is associated with the other Congregational churches of Aberdeen including the Peterhead, Balmedie, Potterton, Woodside, Kittybrewster and Cove churches. Congregational Christian Church
The Congregational Christian Churches were a Protestant Christian denomination that operated in the U.S. from 1931 through 1957. On the latter date, most of its churches joined the Evangelical and Reformed Church in a merger to become the United Church of Christ. Others created the National Association of Congregational Christian Churches or joined the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference that formed earlier in 1945. During the forementioned period, its churches were organized nationally into a General Council, with parallel state conferences, sectional associations, and missionary instrumentalities. Danestone
Danestone is a small, village-like area of Aberdeen, Scotland, located next to the suburb of Bridge of Don. Located North of Aberdeen City Centre, ''Danestone'' is a relatively new area of Aberdeen. The area was all farmland until the 1980s when Danestone Primary School and many detached, semi-detached houses and bungalows were built. The name ''Danestone'' came from the name of Danestone Farm. Shopping and attractions ''Danestone'' is served by a Tesco Extra store which is located just off of the Persley Bridge. The store includes other businesses such as Subway, Barnardo’s, Holland and Barrett, Timpson, a tanning salon, a money exchange bureau, a photography store and a hairdressers. Bridge of Don is a suburb in the north of Aberdeen, Scotland. In , the Bridge of Don electoral ward was estimated to have a population of 19,545. Sunday School

Boys’ Brigade
The Boys' Brigade (BB) is an international interdenominational Christian youth organisation, conceived by the Scottish businessman Sir William Alexander Smith to combine drill and fun activities with Christian values. Following its inception in Glasgow in 1883 the BB quickly spread across the United Kingdom, becoming a worldwide organisation by the early 1890s. As of 2018, there were 750,000 Boys' Brigade members in 60 countries. AIDS
Human immunodeficiency virus infection and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) is a spectrum of conditions caused by infection with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), a retrovirus.
