Daniel Wells is a British racing driver from Salisbury. Career Karting He competed in 11 Senior Rotax kart races in the South of the United Kingdom - setting a fastest lap in a field of 24 in his first ever race at Clay Pigeon. Formula Ford In 2010 Wells graduated to Formula Ford 1600. Together with engineer John Percy - who ran him out of a single trailer - Wells took five class poles and five class wins in seven race weekends. This brought him to the attention of the Racing Steps Foundation for their 2010 Formula Renault UK Winter Cup shoot-out. Wells graduated to Formula Renault UK in late 2010, taking part in the 2010 Formula Renault UK Winter Cup. Wells finished 5th in his first ever race weekend, lapping a tenth of a second off experienced team mate Alex Lynn. 2015 Asian Formula Renault Series
The 2015 Asian Formula Renault Series (aka AFR Series) was the 16th season of the AFR Series since its creation in 2000 by FRD. The season saw the introduction of the current 2013-spec FR2.0 car, which raced alongside the old-spec FR2.0 cars. 2014 Macau Grand Prix
The 2014 Macau Grand Prix (formally the 61st Formula Three Suncity Group Macau Grand Prix) was a motor race for Formula Three cars that was held on the streets of Macau on 16 November 2014. Unlike other races, such as the Masters of Formula 3, the 2014 Macau Grand Prix was not a part of any Formula Three championship, but was open to entries from all Formula Three championships. The race itself was made up of two races: a ten-lap qualifying race that decided the starting grid for the fifteen-lap main race. The 2014 race was the 61st running of the Macau Grand Prix and the 32nd for Formula Three cars. 2014 Japanese Formula 3 Championship
The 2014 Japanese Formula 3 Championship was the 36th edition of the Japanese Formula 3 Championship. It was held over 7 rounds and a total of 15 races, commencing on 12 April at Suzuka and culminating on 12 October at Fuji Speedway. The overall championship title was won by HFDP Racing driver Nobuharu Matsushita, clinching the title with a fifth-place finish during the first race of the final meeting at Fuji. Matsushita claimed 6 wins during the season, including a hat-trick at the first Motegi meeting, and ultimately won the championship by 12 points, ahead of Kenta Yamashita, who was driving for Petronas Team TOM'S. Double R Racing is a motor racing team, which races in Formula Three and other junior levels of formula racing including the MSA Formula Championship for the 2016 season. The 2014 Formula Masters China season was the fourth season of the Formula Pilota China series, and the second under the Formula Masters China branding. The championship commenced on 10 May at Zhuhai in China and finished on 21 October at Shanghai in China after eighteen races held at six meetings. Driving for Cebu Pacific Air by KCMG, James Munro of New Zealand finished the season as the drivers' champion, finishing 28 points clear of his closest rival, Hong Kong's Matthew Solomon, driving for Eurasia Motorsport.
