Camilla Brunelli
Camilla Brunelli (30 March 1957 in Florence) is an Italian historian and a specialist in German studies. Since 2002 she is a director of the Museo della Deportazione in the Italian city Prato. Life As a daughter of the foreign correspondent at that time of the Italian daily paper Corriere della Sera, Brunelli moved in 1960 with her family to Bonn. After the final secondary-school examinations at the Nicolaus Cusanus High School in Bonn she studied at the University of Florenz history and German language and literature studies. Museo Della Deportazione
The Museo e Centro di Documentazione della Deportazione e Resistenza ("Museum and Centre of Documentation of Deportation and Italian Resistance") is a museum in Prato, central Italy, dedicated to the history of Fascism's occurrence and rise to power in Italy. The director of the foundation is Camilla Brunelli. It records the political, racial, and religious persecution and deportation of people in concentration and extermination camps and with resistance during World War II. History The institution is located in Figline di Prato, where on 6 September 1944, 29 partisans were killed by German armed Forces. The ''Corriere della Sera'' (; en, "Evening Courier") is an Italian daily newspaper published in Milan with an average daily circulation of 410,242 copies in December 2015. First published on 5 March 1876, ''Corriere della Sera'' is one of Italy's oldest newspapers and is Italy's most read newspaper. Its masthead has remained unchanged since its first edition in 1876. It reached a circulation of over 1 million under editor and co-owner Luigi Albertini, between 1900 and 1925. He was a strong opponent of socialism, of clericalism, and of Prime Minister Giovanni Giolitti who was willing to compromise with those forces. Curt Goetz (; 17 November 1888 – 12 September 1960), born Kurt Walter Götz, was a Swiss German writer, actor and film director. He was regarded as one of the most brilliant German comedy writers of his time. With his wife Valérie von Martens, he acted in his own plays and also filmed them. He was a distant relative of Irish writer George Bernard Shaw, to whom he was often compared.
