Cáceres Ciudad del Baloncesto, also named as Cáceres Patrimonio de la Humanidad for sponsorship reasons, is a professional basketball team based in Cáceres, Extremadura, Spain. It plays in the LEB Oro, the second in importance in Spain after ACB League. The club should not be confused with Cáceres Club Baloncesto, the former elite team in the city, which was dissolved in 2005. Club Melilla Baloncesto is a professional basketball team based in Melilla that plays in the LEB league. This is the only team in Spain that played all LEB seasons. The team's home arena is the Pabellón Javier Imbroda Ortiz (formerly known as Ciudad de Melilla), with a capacity of up to 3,800 spectators. History Club Melilla Baloncesto was founded in 1991 as a merge of Baloncesto Melilla and CB Gran Tercio. The 2017–18 LEB Oro season was the 22nd season of the Spanish basketball second league. It started on 29 September 2017 with the first round of the regular season and ended on 12 June 2018 with the final. Cafés Candelas Breogán won the league and promoted to Liga ACB twelve years after. The 2016–17 LEB Oro season will be the 21st season of the Spanish basketball second league LEB Oro. Dates must be determined yet. The season started on October 2 and ended on May 27 with the last game of the promotion playoffs finals.
