Józef Czechowicz (15 March 1903 – 9 September 1939) was an avant-garde Poles, Polish poet. Gabriel Czechowicz
Gabriel Czechowicz (1876-1938) was a Polish lawyer, economist and politician. He was the Polish Treasury Minister from 1926 to 1929. Accused of misuse of government funds, Czechowicz was the only Polish politician of the interwar period that faced the State Tribunal of the Republic of Poland in the so-called Czechowicz Case. The case was dropped without ruling due to pressure from the Sanacja regime. Early years Gabriel Czechowicz was born on October 2, 1876 in his family real estate near Minsk, Russian Empire, in a noble family. He graduated from Law Faculty at Saint Petersburg State University, after which took a job in a bank at Riga. In 1905, he began working for the local Russian tax chamber. In 1917, the chamber was evacuated to Tartu, and in 1918, Czechowicz returned to newly restored Poland. Mieczysław Czechowicz
Mieczysław Czechowicz (28 September 1930 in Lublin – 14 September 1991 in Warsaw) was a Polish actor, one of the most famous of all time. Career A graduate of Warsaw's State Theatrical Academy ( Państwowa Wyższa Szkoła Teatralna), Czechowicz played in numerous films, plays and cabarets. He worked for the National Theatre as well as other Warsaw theatres. He featured in the 1965 film ''Three Steps on Earth''. In 1987 he was awarded the Polonia Restituta. As a movie actor, he played in such productions, as Janosik (TV series), Czterej Pancerni i Pies, Lalka, The Tin Drum, and comedies by Stanisław Bareja. Szymon Czechowicz (July 1689 – 21 July 1775) was a prominent Poland, Polish painter of the Baroque, considered one of the most accomplished painters of 18th century Christian art, sacral painting in Poland. He specialized in sublime effigies of painted figures. His establishment of a school of painting gives him a great influence on Culture of Poland#Art, Polish art. Juliusz Czechowicz
Juliusz Czechowicz (10 March 1894 – 29 March 1974) was a Polish painter, graphic artist and teacher known mainly as the author of portraits and landscapes. Life He was the son of Karol Czechowicz and Kazimiera née Szanecka. He graduated from realschule in Stanisławów and in 1913 he entered the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków. He was the student of Wojciech Weiss (in whose studio he spent most of the time), Józef Pankiewicz and Stanisław Kamocki. In 1917 he received a bronze medal and a cash prize at the student end-year exhibition. He took part in open air conducted by Kamocki in Dobczyce, Ciężkowice, Wola Radziszowska, Krościenko and Zakopane. He completed his studies with a very good result in 1921. He participated in the exhibition of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers in Kraków in 1923, and in 1926 he took part in an exhibition at the Palace of Art in Kraków. Czechs
The Czechs ( cs, Češi, ; singular Czech, masculine: ''Čech'' , singular feminine: ''Češka'' ), or the Czech people (), are a West Slavic ethnic group and a nation native to the Czech Republic in Central Europe, who share a common ancestry, culture, history, and the Czech language.
