Cyriak
Cyriak Harris, known mononymously as Cyriak (), his B3ta username Mutated Monty, and Mouldy in the Doom community, is an English freelance animator, artist, composer, and author from Brighton. He is known for his surreal and bizarre short web animations with the frequent use of the Droste effect. Animations Cyriak has been a regular contributor to the British website B3ta since 2004. His YouTube channel was launched in March 2006. Cyriak's YouTube account features a compilation of his animations, which have been popular throughout the blogosphere and noted by ''Wired's'' Eliot Van Buskirk. Most of his videos are made with Adobe After Effects and FL Studio. Cyriak's animation "MOO" has featured on the front page of ''Wired''. ''W/ Bob & David'' is an American sketch comedy television series created by and starring Bob Odenkirk and David Cross that premiered on Netflix on November 13, 2015. The sketch show consists of four half-hour episodes plus an hour-long making-of special entitled "Behind the Making of the Scenes". It is an homage to the 1995–1998 HBO sketch comedy series '' Mr. Show with Bob and David'', which also starred Odenkirk and Cross. Sparks is an American pop music, pop and rock music, rock duo formed by brothers Ron Mael, Ron (keyboards) and Russell Mael (vocals) in Los Angeles. B3ta
B3ta (stylised as b3ta) is a popular British website, described as a "puerile digital arts community" by ''The Guardian''. It was founded in 2001 by Rob Manuel, Denise Wilton and Cal Henderson. B3ta's main feature is a newsletter featuring the latest work of the B3ta community and other interesting, humorous or perverse things found on the Web. The newsletter has about 100,000 readers. A message board allows members to post digital images and short animations they have created, the ones considered the best appearing on the front page, along with various announcements. Previously there was a B3ta radio show on the London station Resonance FM. Many popular Internet phenomena were created by B3ta members (also called "b3tans or "B3tards"). Brighton
Brighton ( ) is a seaside resort in the city status in the United Kingdom, city of Brighton and Hove, East Sussex, England, south of London. Animation is a filmmaking technique whereby still images are manipulated to create moving images. In traditional animation, images are drawn or painted by hand on transparent celluloid sheets to be photographed and exhibited on film. Alan Fred Titchmarsh (born 2 May 1949) is an English gardener, broadcaster and writer. After working as a professional gardener and a horticultural journalist, he became a radio and television presenter and a novelist. Early career Alan Fred Titchmarsh was born on 2 May 1949 in Ilkley, West Riding of Yorkshire, England. He is the son of Bessie (''née'' Hardisty), a textile mill worker, and Alan Titchmarsh senior, a plumber. Often the process of selecting such footage for broadcast includes the input of web users. UGTV can refer to TV show content or to advertisements. Sumo TV was a free-to-air television channel owned by Cellcast Group. On 1 July 2006, You TV was relabelled as Sumo TV. Sumo TV was officially launched on 28 November 2006, claiming to be the world's first user-content TV channel. Through their website and programming blocks on other TV channels, Sumo TV also had operations in America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, with a showcase of local content. Every time a clip was broadcast, the originator of the content received a percentage of the revenues generated. Grand Popo Football Club
Grand Popo Football Club was a French electronic music group of DJ Ariel Wizman and classically trained musician Nicolas Errèra. The duo adopted their moniker after Ariel Wizman visited Grand-Popo in Benin to film a television programme and decided that the community was missing a football club. After studying piano, composition, and electronic music, Nicolas Errèra became involved in theatre and successfully directed short films (winning the Clermont-Ferrand prize in 1991, for his ''Going to Dieppe Without Seeing the Sea'') as well as becoming half of pop duo 2 Source.
