Cynthia Alejandra de la Vega Oates (born September 28, 1991) is a Mexican beauty queen and the 2010 Nuestra Belleza Mundo México titleholder. A native of Nuevo León, Cynthia de la Vega was chosen to represent her country in the 61st Miss World pageant in 2011 during the 2010 edition of Nuestra Belleza México, held September 25, 2010 in Saltillo, Coahuila. The pageant was won by Jalisco's Karin Ontiveros. De la Vega was crowned Nuestra Belleza Mundo México by the outgoing titleholder Anabel Solís. She previously won the Elite Model Look contest of Mexico in 2008 and subsequently participated in the international final, held in Sanya, China on November 1 of that year. Nuestra Belleza Nuevo León 2010, was held at the Teatro de la Ciudad in Monterrey, Nuevo León on July 20, 2010. At the conclusion of the final night of competition, Cynthia de la Vega of San Pedro Garza García was crowned the winner. De la Vega was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza Nuevo León titleholder, Adriana Treviño. Ten contestants competed for the state title. Anabel Solís Sosa (born September 17, 1987) is a Mexican actress and former beauty queen who represented her country in the 60th international Miss World pageant, to be held October 30, 2010, in People's Republic of China. Nuestra Belleza México (Miss World Mexico) Anabel Solís competed against thirty-three other young women in the 2009 pageant. Nuestra Belleza México Winners
''Nuestra'' is the debut studio album of the Venezuelan rock band La Vida Bohème, released in August 2010. Recorded and produced by Rudy Pagliuca, it is a free download on the website of the record label All of the Above. The album was nominated for "Best Latin Pop, Rock or Urban Album" in the 54th Grammy Awards. The two singles from this album are "Radio Capital" and "Danz!". Background and Recording The album was recorded in Caracas in 2009, on fairly independent terms. Guitarist Daniel De Sousa happened to be studying engineering at the time, and took on designing a distortion pedal that was used on the album. The synths were designed/programmed by fellow Venezuelan artist Arca, then known as Nuuro. The 17th annual Nuestra Belleza México pageant, was held at the Auditorio Parque Las Maravillas in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico on September 25, 2010. The State of Jalisco, won for the third consecutive year with Karin Ontiveros, who later competed in Miss Universe 2011 in Brazil. Ontiveros was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza México titleholder and Miss Universe 2010 Ximena Navarrete. She was the fourth Jalisciense to win this Title.
