Nuestra Belleza Nuevo León 2010, was held at the Teatro de la Ciudad in Monterrey, Nuevo León on July 20, 2010. At the conclusion of the final night of competition, Cynthia de la Vega of San Pedro Garza García was crowned the winner. De la Vega was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza Nuevo León titleholder, Adriana Treviño. Ten contestants competed for the state title. The pageant was hosted by Nuestra Belleza Nuevo León 2007 and Miss International 2009 Anagabriela Espinoza and René Strickler. Cynthia Alejandra de la Vega Oates (born September 28, 1991) is a Mexican beauty queen and the 2010 Nuestra Belleza Mundo México titleholder. A native of Nuevo León, Cynthia de la Vega was chosen to represent her country in the 61st Miss World pageant in 2011 during the 2010 edition of Nuestra Belleza México, held September 25, 2010 in Saltillo, Coahuila. The pageant was won by Jalisco's Karin Ontiveros. De la Vega was crowned Nuestra Belleza Mundo México by the outgoing titleholder Anabel Solís. ''Nuestra Belleza Latina 2012'' was the sixth season of Nuestra Belleza Latina, and the season finale aired on Univision on May 20, 2012 at 8pm central. The auditions were shown Sundays, prior to the final 12 being revealed. Auditions were held from December 2011 to February 1, 2012 in six major US cities (Miami, Chicago, New York City, Fort Worth, Houston, Phoenix, Los Angeles, and Morongo) Auditions were also held in San Juan, Puerto Rico. During the audition process, 54 young women were given passes to the semi-finals in Miami. Two additional contestants were chosen from online auditions, with the help of public votes. The winner of the contest will be awarded a contract to be one of the new faces on many of Univision's programs and award shows, along with a chance to win more than $250,000 in cash and prizes. San Nicolás De Los Garza
San Nicolás de los Garza, sometimes known only as San Nicolás, is a city and coextensive municipality in the Mexican state of Nuevo León that is part of the Monterrey metropolitan area. Mexicana Universal is a national beauty pageant in Mexico held annually since 2018, replacing the former pageant, Nuestra Belleza México, held since 1994. Currently, the pageant is responsible for selecting the country’s delegates to Miss Universe, Miss International, Reina Hispanoamericana, Miss Charm International, and Nuestra Latinoamericana Universal. The current Mexicana Universal is Irma Miranda of Sonora, who will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2022. The organization is directed by the nation's first Miss Universe titleholder, Lupita Jones (1991). Nuestra Belleza México 2005, the 12th Nuestra Belleza México pageant, was held at the Antiguo Taller de Locomotoras of Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, Mexico on September 2, 2005. Thirty-three contestants of the Mexican Republic competed for the national title, which was won by Priscila Perales from Nuevo León, who later competed in Miss Universe 2006 in United States where she was a Semifinalist in the Top 10. Perales was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza México titleholder Laura Elizondo. She was the third Neoleonesa to win this title. Karla Verónica Jiménez Amezcua (born December 15, 1982, in Puebla City, Mexico) is a Mexican beauty pageant titleholder who represented her country in the 2006 Miss World pageant, held in Warsaw, Poland on September 30, 2006. Miss International 2009, the 49th Miss International pageant, was held on November 28, 2009, at the Sichuan International Tennis Center in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. The pageant was originally scheduled to be held on November 7, 2009, at The Venetian Macao in Macau, but the host committee backed out. 65 contestants competed for the coveted title. ''Nuestra'' is the debut studio album of the Venezuelan rock band La Vida Bohème, released in August 2010. Recorded and produced by Rudy Pagliuca, it is a free download on the website of the record label All of the Above. The album was nominated for "Best Latin Pop, Rock or Urban Album" in the 54th Annual Grammy Awards#Latin, 54th Grammy Awards. The two singles from this album are "Radio Capital" and "Danz!". Background and Recording The album was recorded in Caracas in 2009, on fairly independent terms.
