Nuestra Belleza México 2005, the 12th Nuestra Belleza México pageant, was held at the Antiguo Taller de Locomotoras of Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, Mexico on September 2, 2005. Thirty-three contestants of the Mexican Republic competed for the national title, which was won by Priscila Perales from Nuevo León, who later competed in Miss Universe 2006 in United States where she was a Semifinalist in the Top 10. Perales was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza México titleholder Laura Elizondo. She was the third Neoleonesa to win this title. The Nuestra Belleza Mundo México title was won by Karla Jiménez from Puebla, who later competed in Miss World 2006 in Poland where she was a Semifinalist in the Top 17. Priscila Perales
Priscila Perales (born Silvia Priscila Perales Elizondo; February 24, 1983 in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico) is a Mexican actress, spokesperson, beauty queen, author and former model. She was crowned Nuestra Belleza México 2005 (Miss Mexico). She was a top ten finalist in the Miss Universe 2006, Miss Universe 2006 pageant. The following year, she became the first Mexican to win the title of Miss International 2007, Miss International in 2007. After competing in beauty pageants, Priscila debuted as an actress in Hispanic soap operas with Univision and Telemundo television networks in Miami, Florida where she currently resides. The 13th Nuestra Belleza México pageant, was held at the Espacio Cultural Metropolitano of Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico on September 2, 2006. Thirty contestants of the Mexican Republic competed for the national title, which was won by Rosa Maria Ojeda from Sinaloa, who later competed in Miss Universe 2007 in Mexico where she was a Semifinalist in the Top 10. Ojeda was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza México titleholder Priscila Perales. She was the second Sinaloan to win this title. The Nuestra Belleza Mundo México title was won by Carolina Morán from Colima, who later competed in Miss World 2007 in China where she was the 2nd Runner-up. Mexicana Universal Puebla is a pageant in Puebla, Mexico, that selects that state's representative for the national Mexicana Universal pageant. ''Nuestra'' is the debut studio album of the Venezuelan rock band La Vida Bohème, released in August 2010. Recorded and produced by Rudy Pagliuca, it is a free download on the website of the record label All of the Above. The album was nominated for "Best Latin Pop, Rock or Urban Album" in the 54th Annual Grammy Awards#Latin, 54th Grammy Awards. The two singles from this album are "Radio Capital" and "Danz!". Background and Recording The album was recorded in Caracas in 2009, on fairly independent terms. The 4th Nuestra Belleza México pageant, was held at the Salon Teotihuacan of the Centro Internacional de Convenciones Acapulco of Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico on September 20, 1997. Thirty-two contestants of the Mexican Republic competed for the national title, which was won by Katty Fuentes from Nuevo León, who later competed at Miss Universe 1998 in the US. Fuentes was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza México titleholder Rebeca Tamez. She was the first Neoleonesa to win this title. Blanca Delfina Soto Benavides (born 1979) is a Mexican actress, model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Nuestra Belleza Mundo México 1997. Laura Elizondo Erhard (born 28 August 1983 in Tampico) is a Mexican beauty pageant titleholder who represented her country at Miss Universe 2005. Beauty pageants On 10 September 2004, Elizondo participated in the national beauty pageant Nuestra Belleza México, held in San Luis Potosí.
