Crispin Diego "Ping" Diaz Remulla (born September 26, 1990) is a Filipino politician who has served as the representative for Cavite's 7th district since 2023. Prior to his election, Remulla has served as a member of the Cavite Provincial Board for the 7th district from 2019 to 2023. Early life Remulla was born on September 26, 1990, in the city of San Juan in Metro Manila. He is one of the sons of Jesus Crispin Remulla. Political career Cavite Provincial Board (2019–2023) Remulla was elected to the Cavite Provincial Board in 2019, placing first out of four candidates. He was reelected in 2022. Jesus Crispin Remulla
Jesus Crispin "Boying" Catibayan Remulla (born March 31, 1961) is a Filipino lawyer, politician, and broadcaster currently serving as Secretary of Justice since 2022. He previously served as the representative of Cavite's 7th district from 2019 to 2022, the position he previously held from 2010 to 2013, and currently the House Senior Deputy Majority Leader. He also served as the provincial governor of Cavite from 2016 to 2019, and was the representative of the province's 3rd district from 2004 to 2010. He is also a radio host for "Executive Session" on DZRH. Remulla is one of the vocal opponents against ABS-CBN and is among the 70 congressmen who voted to reject the franchise renewal of ABS-CBN. The Batasang Pambansa Complex, or simply the Batasan (), is the seat of the House of Representatives of the Philippines. It is located along the Batasan Road in Batasan Hills, Quezon City. The complex was initially the home of the Batasang Pambansa, the former legislature of the Philippines which was established as an interim assembly in 1978 and finally as an official body in 1984. Under the 1973 Constitution, it replaced the bicameral Congress of the Philippines established under the 1935 Commonwealth Constitution.
