Corona (footballer)
Miguel Ángel García Pérez-Roldán (born 12 February 1981), known as Corona, is a Spanish football executive and former player who played as a midfielder. He is the current director of football of Valencia CF. After starting out at Real Madrid, Corona spent most of his career at Almería, appearing in 335 official matches and scoring 22 goals. He also played professionally in Australia. Club career Real Madrid / Zaragoza Corona was born in Talavera de la Reina, Province of Toledo. A product of La Liga powerhouse Real Madrid, he played for their C and B-teams, the latter competing in the third division. The 2007–08 La Liga season, the 77th since its establishment, started on 25 August 2007 and finished on 18 May 2008. Real Madrid defended their La Liga title successfully after a 2–1 victory over Osasuna. This season, all European leagues ended earlier than the previous season, due to the UEFA Euro 2008 championship. Fernando Soriano
Fernando Soriano Marco (born 24 September 1979) is a Spanish former professional footballer who played as a central midfielder. He spent most of his 19-year career with Almería, totalling ten seasons in two different spells. In La Liga, where he also represented Zaragoza and Osasuna, he amassed totals of 229 games and 21 goals, adding the same amount of matches and 33 goals in the Segunda División. Over nine months and starting in 2016, Soriano also managed Almería. Playing career Soriano was born in Zaragoza, Aragon.
