Oliver Township is a township in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 1,005 at the 2020 census. It was named after Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry. Geography The township is in southwestern Jefferson County, south of Brookville and northwest of Punxsutawney. The Geographic Names Information System (GNIS) is a database of name and locative information about more than two million physical and cultural features throughout the United States and its territories, Antarctica, and the associated states of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, and Palau.
