Cl3ver
Cl3ver is a SaaS to edit and display 3D content online. The company is based in Barcelona and uses the WebGL technology to display 3D models on any webpage on desktop and mobile devices. In July 2012 Cl3ver enters in Wayra the startup accelerator owned by . Service Cl3ver is a real time 3D engine that allow to publish 3D content on a website. 3D models created with a 3D modeling software are imported in an editor where the scene is created with lighting and cameras. Through an API it is possible to gives animation to the scene and finally embed it via Iframe. The viewer enable the scene to be available online. Technology The Cl3ver 3D viewer use the WebGL JavaScript API to display 3D scenes and is built using the open-source OSG.JS JavaScript library. This allows the display of interactive 3D scenes on webpages without the need of third-party plugins if the browser supports WebGL. On browsers that don't support the WebGL technology, the Cl3ver viewer uses a 2D fallback di ...

SXSW V2V
SXSW V2V was an annual technology entrepreneurship conference, spun off from the South by Southwest conference, held from 2013 to 2015. It featured a startup competition, panel discussions, and mentoring workshops for entrepreneurs. Hosted in Las Vegas, it was the first SXSW event to take place outside of Austin, Texas. It began as an evolution of the startup competition that is held as part of the SXSW Interactive festival each spring. The after-hours schedule for the event included comedy, film, and music offerings. About The company said variously that V2V stands for "Vision to Venture", "Visionaries to Vegas", and “Voice to Voice", describing the focus of the conference on finding, financing, and developing new businesses. The conference started with the recognition that the three large spring festivals that SXSW, Inc. holds in Austin were straining the hotel capacity of that city. HTML Element
An HTML element is a type of HTML (HyperText Markup Language) document component, one of several types of HTML nodes (there are also text nodes, comment nodes and others). The first used version of HTML was written by Tim Berners-Lee in 1993 and there have since been many versions of HTML. The most commonly used version is HTML 4.01, which became official standard in December 1999. An HTML document is composed of a tree of simple HTML nodes, such as text nodes, and HTML elements, which add semantics and formatting to parts of document (e.g., make text bold, organize it into paragraphs, lists and tables, or embed hyperlinks and images). Each element can have HTML attributes specified. Elements can also have content, including other elements and text. Concepts Elements vs. tags As is generally understood, the position of an element is indicated as spanning from a start tag and is terminated by an end tag. This is the case for many, but not all, elements within an HTML docume ...

HTML5
HTML5 is a markup language used for structuring and presenting content on the World Wide Web. It is the fifth and final major HTML version that is a World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) recommendation. The current specification is known as the HTML Living Standard. It is maintained by the Web Hypertext Application Technology Working Group (WHATWG), a consortium of the major browser vendors (Apple, Google, Mozilla, and Microsoft). HTML5 was first released in a public-facing form on 22 January 2008, with a major update and "W3C Recommendation" status in October 2014. Its goals were to improve the language with support for the latest multimedia and other new features; to keep the language both easily readable by humans and consistently understood by computers and devices such as web browsers, parsers, etc., without XHTML's rigidity; and to remain backward-compatible with older software. HTML5 is intended to subsume not only HTML 4 but also XHTML 1 and DOM Level 2 HTML. HTML5 ...

3D Modeling Software
In 3D computer graphics, 3D modeling is the process of developing a mathematical coordinate-based representation of any surface of an object (inanimate or living) in three dimensions via specialized software by manipulating edges, vertices, and polygons in a simulated 3D space. Three-dimensional (3D) models represent a physical body using a collection of points in 3D space, connected by various geometric entities such as triangles, lines, curved surfaces, etc. Being a collection of data ( points and other information), 3D models can be created manually, algorithmically (procedural modeling), or by scanning. Their surfaces may be further defined with texture mapping. Outline The product is called a 3D model. Someone who works with 3D models may be referred to as a 3D artist or a 3D modeler. A 3D Model can also be displayed as a two-dimensional image through a process called 3D rendering or used in a computer simulation of physical phenomena. 3D Models may be created aut ...

3D Engine
A game engine is a software framework primarily designed for the development of video games and generally includes relevant libraries and support programs. The "engine" terminology is similar to the term "software engine" used in the software industry. The game engine can also refer to the development software utilizing this framework, typically offering a suite of tools and features for developing games. Developers can use game engines to construct games for video game consoles and other types of computers. The core functionality typically provided by a game engine may include a rendering engine ("renderer") for 2D or 3D graphics, a physics engine or collision detection (and collision response), sound, scripting, animation, artificial intelligence, networking, streaming, memory management, threading, localization support, scene graph, and video support for cinematics. Game engine implementers often economize on the process of game development by reusing/adapting, in la ...
