Christopher Peter Rodon (born 9 June 1963) is a Welsh former professional footballer who played as a striker. Career Born in Swansea, Rodon began his career in his native Wales for Pontardawe Town, before moving to England with Brighton & Hove Albion, where he made one appearance in the Football League during the 1982–83 season. Rodon also made 4 appearances on loan at Cardiff City during the 1983–84 season. After leaving Brighton, Rodon returned to Wales to play with Llanelli. Pontardawe () is a town and a community in the Swansea Valley (Welsh: ''Cwmtawe'') in Wales. With a population of 6,832, it comprises the electoral wards of Pontardawe and Trebanos. A town council is elected. Pontardawe forms part of the county borough of Neath Port Talbot. On the opposite bank of the River Tawe, the village of Alltwen, part of the community of Cilybebyll, is administered separately from Pontardawe, but has close ties to the town. Llanelli ("St Elli's Parish"; ) is a market town and the largest community in Carmarthenshire and the preserved county of Dyfed, Wales. Peter Clive Rodon (5 February 1945 – July 2000) was a Welsh professional footballer who played as a centre forward. Joseph Peter Rodon (born 22 October 1997) is a Welsh professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for club Leeds United, on loan from club Tottenham Hotspur, and the Wales national team. A youth product of Swansea City, Rodon made 54 senior appearances for the club before moving to Tottenham Hotspur in October 2020.
