China University of Mining and Technology (CUMT) (), colloquially 矿大, is a national key university under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Education of China, and a Double First Class University Plan, former Project 211 and Project 985 platform (in terms of mining) university of China. Program of Introducing Talents of Discipline to Universities, Plan 111, also be referred to as Project 111 or 111 Project () is a project initiated in 2006 by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China (MOE) and State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA) to establish innovation centers for the purposes of technology transfer. Jiaozuo ( ; postal: Tsiaotso) is a prefecture-level city in the northwest of Henan province, China.
