Chimo Bayo
Chimo Bayo (born Joaquín Bayo, 25 October 1961) is a Spanish music artist who gained prominence in the early 1990s with "Así me gusta a mí". The song was a major hit in Spain, Greece and South America as well as reaching number one in Japan, Israel and elsewhere. Musical career Chimo Bayo hails from Valencia, Spain. He was attempting to represent Spain in the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest with his song about the Valencia fallas, ''Fiesta del fuego'', but was disqualified at the last minute when it was discovered the song had been heard in clubs in Valencia prior to 1 October deadline. In 2008, Bayo appeared at Buenafuente TV Show, at LaSexta, where he gave a performance and was interviewed. Later, he composed, with the invaluable participation of Berto Romero, the popular musical theme ''Zascatronic'', a song that had a great impact on the Internet. ''Muchachada Nui'' is a Spanish television comedy show, consisting of unrelated Sketch comedy, sketches that use absurd and surreal humour. It was broadcast on La 2 (Spain), La 2 of Televisión Española. It is the sequel of La hora Chanante, that first aired on Paramount Comedy (Spain). Name Since Paramount Comedy owned the rights of the previous programme, including its name, "La Hora Chanante", a new name was needed. In an 2007 interview, the cast explained that "Muchachada Nui" is a combination of "muchachada", a common word in their manchego vocabulary meaning "a group of lads", and "nui" from "ojete nui", as in "cuando te pica el ojete porque no te has lavado bien" (when your arsehole itches because you haven't washed it well). Luis Manuel Ferri Llopis (3 August 1944 – 16 April 1973), better known by his stage name Nino Bravo, was a Spanish baroque pop and ballad singer. Early life Ferri Llopis was born in Aielo de Malferit (Valencia), Spain. His father, Luis Manuel, a salesman, moved the family to Valencia, in search of better opportunities, when his son was three years old. Young Luis met, in 1958, bassist Vicente López, who introduced him to other Valencian musicians. Ferri Llopis discovered he could sing while on a trip with López and Paco Ramón. López recalled that he was surprised, upon waking up from a nap, to hear him singing Domenico Modugno's hit "Libero". Deeply impressed, Lopez predicted that Ferri Llopis would become a superstar.
