Yuelu Academy
The Yuelu Academy (also as known as the ''Yuelu Academy of Classical Learning'', ) is on the east side of Yuelu Mountain in Changsha, Hunan province, on the west bank of the Xiang River. As one of the four most prestigious academies over the last 1000 years in China, Yuelu Academy has been a famous institution of higher learning as well as a centre of academic activities and cultures since it was formally set up during the Northern Song dynasty. Huitang () is a rural town in Ningxiang City, Hunan Province, China. It is surrounded by Fengmuqiao Township on the northwest, Xieleqiao Town on the northeast, and Jinsou Township on the south. The Former Residence of Liu Shaoqi or Liu Shaoqi's Former Residence () was built in the late Qing Dynasty (1644–1911). It is located in Huaminglou Town of Ningxiang, Hunan, China. Yuelu Mountain () is located on the west bank of the Xiang River, one tributary of Wu River in Changsha, Hunan. Its main peak and the highest point, Yunlu Peak, is about above the sea level. Louxing District () is the only urban district and the seat of Loudi Prefecturel-level City, Hunan Province, China.
