Cerro Azul is a municipality in the state of Paraná in the Southern Region of Brazil. The municipality contains part of the Campinhos State Park, created in 1960. The South Region of Brazil ( ) is one of the five regions of Brazil. It includes the states of Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, and Santa Catarina, and covers , being the smallest region of the country, occupying only about 6.76% of the territory of Brazil. Campinhos State Park
The Campinhos State Park () is a state park in the state of Paraná, Brazil. The environment has been much degraded by human activity and is in the process of regeneration, but there are areas of the original Araucaria Forest.
