Carlos Alberto Vázquez Fernández (born 25 April 1999), commonly known as Cavafe, is a Cuban professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Austrian Second League club FC Dornbirn and the Cuba national team. Club career Born in Havana, Cavafe moved to Madrid in 2003 at the age of three, and represented CD Valdemorillo, CD Canillas, CD San Fernando de Henares and Atlético Madrid as a youth. On 23 August 2018, after finishing his formation, he returned to San Fernando and was assigned to the main squad in Tercera División. Cavafe made his senior debut on 26 August 2018, starting in a 1–2 away loss against Rayo Vallecano B. The following 1 February, he signed for AD Alcorcón and was initially assigned to the reserves also in the fourth tier. Cuba National Football Team
The Cuba national football team ( es, Selección de fútbol de Cuba) represents Cuba in men's international football and it is controlled by the Football Association of Cuba. Nicknamed Leones del Caribe (''Lions of Caribbean''), the team represents all three FIFA, Caribbean Football Union and Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF). They were the first Caribbean team to get to the World Cup Quarter finals – they did so in 1938. There, in the round of 16, they defeated Romania in a replay, 2–1, after drawing against them 3–3. Estadio Cibao is a multi-use stadium in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Currently, it is mostly used for baseball games and hosts the home games of the Águilas Cibaeñas in the Dominican Winter Baseball League. The Estadio Nacional Doroteo Guamuch Flores is a multi-use national stadium in Guatemala City, the largest venue in Guatemala. It was built in 1948, to host the Central American and Caribbean Games in 1950, and was renamed after long-distance runner Doroteo Guamuch Flores, winner of the 1952 Boston Marathon. It has a capacity of 26,000 seats. The Guatemala national football team ( es, Selección de fútbol de Guatemala) represents Guatemala in men's international football and is controlled by the ''Federación Nacional de Fútbol de Guatemala''. Founded in 1919, it has been affiliated to FIFA since 1946, and it is a member of CONCACAF. 2019–20 Segunda División B
The 2019–20 Segunda División B season was the 43rd since its establishment. Eighty teams participated, distributed in four groups of twenty clubs each. On 11 March 2020, the season of Segunda División B was suspended due to the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic in Spain. On 6 May 2020, the Royal Spanish Football Federation announced the premature end of the league, revoking all relegations and planning an eventual promotion playoff to be played if possible. Also, the expansion of the league to five groups of 20 teams each for the 2020–21 season (due to promotion from the curtailed Tercera División groups being applied) was approved. Segunda División B ( en, Second Division B) was the third tier of the Spanish football league system containing 102 teams divided into five groups, until it was replaced by the new structure in 2021. It was administered by the Royal Spanish Football Federation.
