Cathy Gerring
Cathy Kratzert Gerring (born April 28, 1961) is an American professional golfer who played on the LPGA Tour. Born Cathy Kratzert, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, she played college golf at Ohio State University. Gerring won three times on the LPGA Tour, all in 1990. She played on the 1990 Solheim Cup team. In April 1992, Gerring was severely burned in a hospitality tent at the LPGA's Sara Lee Classic in Nashville, Tennessee. Due to her injuries, she did not play again on the LPGA Tour until 1996. Gerring's brother, Billy Kratzert, won four times on the PGA Tour. They are one of only two brother/sister pairs to win on both tours (the other is Jim Gallagher Jr. and Jackie Gallagher-Smith). Jane Geddes
Jane Geddes (born February 5, 1960) is a retired American professional golfer. She joined the LPGA Tour in 1983 and won two major championships and 11 LPGA Tour events overall. Geddes was the Vice President of Talent Relations of WWE. Career Geddes was born in Huntington, New York. She played college golf at Florida State University and was a member of the school's national championship team in 1981. She joined the LPGA Tour in 1983, posting runner-up finishes three times from 1984 to 1985. Geddes broke through for her first professional victory when she won the 1986 U.S. Women's Open by defeating Sally Little in an 18-hole playoff. Then she won again the very next week. The year 1987 was her best, as she posted five victories, including the Mazda LPGA Championship, and four second-place finishes, finishing third on the money list. Ai-Yu Tu
Tu Ai-yu (, born 29 September 1954) is a Taiwanese professional golfer who played on the LPGA of Japan Tour (JLPGA) and the LPGA Tour. Tu won 69 times on the LPGA of Japan Tour between 1974 and 2002, 11 times before becoming a member in 1981, and 58 times afterward. She was the leading money winner on the LPGA of Japan Tour seven times (1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1989, 1991). Becky Pearson (born January 22, 1956) is an American professional golfer who played on the LPGA Tour. Golfing career Before turning professional, Pearson won the Minnesota Junior Girls State Championship twice. While living in North Branch, Minnesota, she reached the quarter-finals at the United States Girls' Junior Golf Championship in 1973 after defeating defending champion Nancy Lopez in the second round. The Toto Japan Classic is an annual women's professional golf tournament in Japan, jointly sanctioned by the two richest women's professional tours: the U.S.-based LPGA Tour and the LPGA of Japan Tour. It was an unofficial money event on the LPGA Tour from 1973 to 1975. It has taken place every year since 1973 at various locations, and is typically held in early November. Alice Ritzman
Alice Ritzman (born March 1, 1952) is an American professional golfer, who played on the LPGA Tour from 1978 to 1998. Early career Ritzman was born in Kalispell, Montana, on March 1, 1952. She won the Montana Junior Championship three times. She also won the Montana State Women's Amateur Championship in 1972 and 1973. She was inducted in the Montana State Women's Golf Association's Hall of Fame in 1991. She attended college at Eastern Montana College in Billings. Ritzman was coached by Harvey Penick in Austin, Texas, where he worked as the golf coach at the University of Texas. Penick wrote a book on golf in which he refers to Ritzman as "little Alice Ritzman".
